En vistas de que nuestra terraza iba a dar a esa casa, pedímos los planos para saber exactamente cómo iba a quedar. Algo lógico, dado la gran cantidad de dinero que ibamos a invertir en esa vivienda. Al cabo de 3 días, pensando que se nos iban a mostrar dichos planos, llamamos por teléfono a la delegada comercial, Rosa Pubill, y el trato fue nefasto. En la llamada nos trató como a escoria, nos sentimos vejados, humillados e insultados con el tono en el que se nos habló y los comentarios que nos dijo. No entendemos cómo se nos ha podido tratar tan mal, cuando únicamente queríamos saber cómo iban a quedar las terrazas de cara a la casa antigua (algo que consideramos que es lógico y entendible). Pedímos hablar con un superior (Manel Rodríguez, por ejemplo) para que estuviera al corriente de toda esta situación y no ha sido posible. Por lo visto no tienen interés en vender esos pisos (Font nova), dado que la señora Pubill así nos lo ha hecho saber con varios comentarios. No sé si a alguien más le ha pasado esto, pero nosotros nos sentimos tristes e impotentes al perder un piso que con tantas ganas e ilusión queríamos comprar, únicamente por encontrarnos con esta clase de personas. Podríamos escribir muchísimo más, detallando exactamente todo el trato y comentarios recibidos desde el primer día que entramos en la oficina de Cerdanyola del Vallès (15 de febrero de 2021), hasta la última conversación con Rosa Pubill (25 de febrero de 2021) y el último mensaje al comercial Sergi Gómez (26 de febrero de 2021). Esperámos y deseámos que algun día el director general de Salas se entere de qué clase de trabajadores tiene y que gracias a ello ha perdido una gran venta.
