Negative experience: The expert reports we have had to prepare for all the damages that our home and the community present are heartbreaking. Flooding in the building, rising sewage from the shower tray that flooded the bathroom and main bedroom, food odors due to poorly sealed vents in the apartments, unlevelled laminate floors, carbon monoxide leaks and gas leaks in the boiler, poorly designed/dimensioned parking door, water leaks everywhere, terrace tiles at risk of detachment, humidity on the facade walls due to poor insulation, warped and misaligned exterior access doors, stagnant water on balconies because they do not have the correct slope, rusted railings from day one, cracked bathroom and laundry tiles, etc. and two renovations we had to endure after moving in due to how bad our apartment was, since when we were given the keys, among other issues, it wasn't even finished tiling (we were deceived). DO NOT BUY ANY APARTMENT WITH SALAS. Do not make our mistake.

Positive experience: We have purchased a home in SALAS and overall I am satisfied with the purchase; like in everything, sometimes there can be some defects or incidents. In my personal opinion, the most valuable point is undoubtedly the after-sales service. Monica has perfectly managed and resolved the incidents we had, following up on each one and empathizing very well with the customer. Without a doubt, a key element for customer satisfaction. The most negative part was when I wanted to acquire a parking space with storage and I couldn’t acquire it. The guidelines or management of selling all possible storage units, I believe is not adequate, when the norm would have been to sell 1 storage unit per property and if there are extras, to contact again the interested parties. It must be taken into account that if you sell 2 or more storage units per property, not everyone will have… even selling storage units to people who are not buying a home.

Negative experience: Summary: Don't buy with SALAS if you don't know how a purchase off-plan works. They only fool you to sell you the apartment, but then if you have problems, in my case very serious ones that are affecting my health, they do nothing about it. Other neighbors have found trash containers 1.2 meters from their living room window, with streetlights that can be climbed to their balconies as they are only 30 cm away from them and at no point were they informed about it. My experience: This is my first home purchase, and it has been a first-floor apartment purchased off-plan. 11 months after moving in, I've already put it up for sale. I have a noise problem localized only in my apartment (I live alone), and it has been partly due to the fact that my neighbors both above and below have small children who bring out the deficiencies in construction (and in some cases, the parents as well). In all the apartments I've lived in before, it's typical to hear occasional noises and it’s no big deal. But here... for whatever reason... it has become a bit hellish for me, to the point where I’ve decided to sell the apartment knowing I will lose a very high amount of money, but my mental health will thank me for it. All kinds of noises echo in my apartment, the ceiling and floor vibrate, and amplified noise comes from the interior terrace area. No one pays any attention to me or tries to understand the problem at hand. I've already had a couple of anxiety attacks and many migraine attacks. The response I receive when I present all this is that everything has been done according to regulations and that I should talk to the neighbors causing the noise. In other words, they expect me to talk to all the neighbors around me because they claim there has been no problem with the execution of the work. Amazing. Let me explain. If an apple falls on the floor above, it sounds like a ball hitting my ceiling; if the baby hits the floor with a toy, I feel it almost like a hammer blow; if adults walk barefoot, I get a faint noise and vibrations that become very hard to deal with day after day. In the lower apartment, if the children run inside, my floor shakes, and if they go outside and shout or hit something, even with the blinds down and windows closed, it can be heard over my television. In my living room, with the window closed and blinds down, if one of the children screams, measured with a sound meter at 70 cm from the window and at a height of 150 cm, as dictated by the municipal ordinance, it measures about ~50dBA. There is one floor difference and there are about 6-7 meters between the source and the sound meter. It is unbearable. It is not normal for sound to be amplified so much in a new build and that to find a solution I have to be spending thousands of euros on acoustic studies, architects, lawyers, and complaints, just because of the poor after-sales service provided. They haven't even tried to send someone to check if there is a problem. It's really amazing how helpless you feel in these situations where everyone takes advantage and you, unjustly, have to prove to everyone that there is a problem that no one wants to see. It also doesn’t help that I have neighbors who 'bought a terrace to enjoy' with all kinds of games, ping pong, foosball, goals, and playing loudly for hours without any type of control knowing that I find it unbearable to deal with noise and shouts in my home. I have tried to soundproof as much as I could and it helps a bit, but it is still insufficient to prevent others from disturbing my rest. In short, there are other neighbors with other problems and many of us agree that the quality delivered is minimal and with many deficiencies that they do not want to correct. I would not recommend buying with SALAS unless you know what you are doing. And even if you want to buy from them, make sure of everything very well and don’t trust the salespeople, as they only want to sell. es

Negative experience: Greetings from Malgrat de Mar! New construction apartments, if anyone doubts buying an apartment from these people - ask the opinion of any neighbor in our block. Terrible finishes, aerothermal system already leaking water due to rust, the hood making noise when it’s windy, cables crossing air ducts, and an endless list of defects. Let’s see if together we can achieve a class action lawsuit and a good video on YouTube with all the problems encountered.

Negative experience: I bought a house 30 months ago and I'm still waiting for them to fix the leaks that cause my garage to flood every time it rains.

Negative experience: Do you want to have problems? Buy at Salas. It has been almost 5 months and there are still unresolved deficiencies. Creaky flooring, broken extractor grid, rusty railing and most seriously, the kitchen door is totally warped, protruding more on one side than the other because the wall is not square. According to them, since it closes, it's just an aesthetic defect and the management has decided not to fix it. We have a lot of community defects. Pipes blocked by debris thrown inside, defective mats at the entrance from day one, the slats of the barriers installed the wrong way so that rainwater enters the terraces, rainwater entering the entrance instead of going outside, flooding the elevator, etc. A single home has flooded twice before being delivered, gases entering houses instead of going out of the boiler, poorly sealed exhaust vents from the extractors, ... I could go on forever. A complete disaster.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. They deliver the property on time but do so in any way to meet the deadlines, without checking the issues beforehand. Three weeks later, they still haven't resolved the numerous issues in the delivered property: broken mirrors, locks that don't close, unfinished cabinets, broken tiles, door frames with scratches, parking door remote that doesn't work, etc. Not recommended.

Negative experience: My daughter had the misfortune of buying a house on Baladre street in Palma. What a horror, what a disaster of a house, what bad service, what unspeakable moral harm they are doing to my daughter. After about 3 years of waiting, forgiving them compensation for delays in delivering new construction, the girl's excitement crushed by this gang. 7 months since the delivery waiting for them to repair and replace everything that is broken and defective, and they are still assessing it. They laugh at customers, 300 thousand euros and it is worth less than half for the poor quality and attention. Bad paint, bad parquet due to uneven floors, bad door and window closures, hit window frames, scratched aluminum windows, furniture with moisture, mirrors bad, bathrooms not anchored, bathtubs and shower trays chipped, rusted sink drain, furniture and metals in general rusted, stained extractor hoods, electrical installation with reversed cables, stained tiles, burned or broken floors and bathrooms, damaged lattice, heating devices that hit when opening doors..... I could go on and the builder washes their hands, does nothing, only tries occasionally to have workers cover up without repairing anything. My daughter cries, they laugh, I wish them nothing bad but also nothing good and the suffering they cause is priceless. SALAS Y HABITAT is a tandem that I will never recommend. On top of that, they tell her to sue, which will take years and cost her money for lawyers and experts.

Negative experience: They sell you one thing and then it's another, they deceive you, don't trust them, they say it's a foundation, it's all a lie, they just want the money, and they won't refund you. There we are fighting to get back what is ours with no results, and we have been deceived by them. We want our life savings back, thieves. Don't buy anything from these people based on plans.

Negative experience: Not recommendable, they sold us apartments with poor finishes, without hot water, and without a light socket to turn on. Just imagine how the apartments are made, they just keep delaying and don’t solve anything. Never again Salas… avoid buying from Salas. Looking at the reviews in all the promotions it's the same.

Negative experience: Una constructora fantástica en al fase de PRE-VENTA, donde todo son promesas que luego no figuran en ningún sitio. No pagan a sus proveedores y luego los recargos llevan a nombre los nuevos propietarios. Entregan viviendas sin licencias concecidas y no responden cuando hay incidencias, simplemente dejan pasar el tiempo o que te canses de reclamar. Actualmente siguen sin cumplir lo que dicta el ayuntamento de Barcelona en la promoción de "Les Cases d'Otger", tampoco son transparentes sobre el dinero que se les ingresó para contratar todos los servicios (más de 800€/piso). Tras más de medio año seguimos esperando claridad en las cuentas.

Negative experience: Empresa que va a reducir costes. Subcontratan todo lo que pueden a las empresas más baratas del mercado. NUNCA COMPRES UN PISO CON ELLOS. TE ARREPENTIRÁS TODA LA VIDA. Piensa que es la inversión más importante de tu vida. Quien quiera le puedo comentar mi experiencia personal pero básicamente te entregan un piso en el cual yo listé hasta 34 deficiencias (más o menos igual que el resto de vecinos). Obviamente la comunidad demandó a Salas y 4 años más tarde ganó la demanda. Pero claro, por qué meterte en juicios etc cuando puedes comprar un piso a otra empresa promotora que no sean unos piratas como Salas.... Por cierto, no hagas demasiado caso a las otras opiniones, son de los empleados de Salas...

Negative experience: Para venderte el piso tienen buenos comerciales, para atender son pésimos porque pasan de los clientes, las asambleas mienten diciendo una fecha de entrega de los pisos, hacen brindis en la obra y fiesta sin ni siquiera entregar la vivienda, una pésima promotora, no se la recomiendo a nadie, por cierto hablo de la promoción de BADALONA.

Me parece lamentable la poca información que aportan y las mentiras constantes. Juegan con la ilusión y dinero de las familias. Me parece poco serio la gestión de esta empresa. Las reseñas positivas son de proveedores... Y las malas de los clientes, es para hacerselo mirar...

Negative experience: Estant fent una obra al carrer Antoni Cusidó i fa més de un mes ens van tallar el cable d'Internet (fibra) i no hem rebut ni disculpa ni resposta. Els hi vam enviar un correu electrònic i encara esperem. Llàstima. Poca professionalitat tant de Salas com dels paletes que hi treballen.

Negative experience: Horrible, vergonzoso e indignante. Nuestra experiencia con la constructora Salas ha sido horrible y terrorífica. Estábamos convencidos y dispuestos a comprar un bajo de obra nueva, pero al pedir los planos de cómo iban a quedar las terrazas se nos negaron. Literalmente, la señora Rosa Pubill nos dijo que si queríamos más planos, aparte del del piso, hicieramos un contrato de compra-venta. La terraza del piso que queríamos comprar daba a una casa muy antigua de una señora que no quiso vendérsela a la constructora. En vistas de que nuestra terraza iba a dar a esa casa, pedímos los planos para saber exactamente cómo iba a quedar. Algo lógico, dado la gran cantidad de dinero que ibamos a invertir en esa vivienda. Al cabo de 3 días, pensando que se nos iban a mostrar dichos planos, llamamos por teléfono a la delegada comercial, Rosa Pubill, y el trato fue nefasto. En la llamada nos trató como a escoria, nos sentimos vejados, humillados e insultados con el tono en el que se nos habló y los comentarios que nos dijo. No entendemos cómo se nos ha podido tratar tan mal, cuando únicamente queríamos saber cómo iban a quedar las terrazas de cara a la casa antigua (algo que consideramos que es lógico y entendible). Pedímos hablar con un superior (Manel Rodríguez, por ejemplo) para que estuviera al corriente de toda esta situación y no ha sido posible. Por lo visto no tienen interés en vender esos pisos (Font nova), dado que la señora Pubill así nos lo ha hecho saber con varios comentarios. No sé si a alguien más le ha pasado esto, pero nosotros nos sentimos tristes e impotentes al perder un piso que con tantas ganas e ilusión queríamos comprar, únicamente por encontrarnos con esta clase de personas. Podríamos escribir muchísimo más, detallando exactamente todo el trato y comentarios recibidos desde el primer día que entramos en la oficina de Cerdanyola del Vallès (15 de febrero de 2021), hasta la última conversación con Rosa Pubill (25 de febrero de 2021) y el último mensaje al comercial Sergi Gómez (26 de febrero de 2021). Esperámos y deseámos que algun día el director general de Salas se entere de qué clase de trabajadores tiene y que gracias a ello ha perdido una gran venta.
