Negative experience: We join the list of families deceived by Jardi Park's failures. Terrible coordination and execution of the entire renovation that they left unfinished. The lawsuit is proceeding as we await the judge's ruling. Very negative experience.

Negative experience: I was scammed out of money for a reservation: he told us that if we paid a €500 reservation fee, they would stop showing the apartment while we sought mortgage viability. If we ultimately didn’t take it, he would return that money, which they always did without any problems. The problem was that he instilled a lot of fear and pressure on us to reserve it since the apartment would sell quickly, so we agreed to pay the reservation. He read the reservation contract very quickly, skipping over certain clauses, didn’t read exactly what it stated, and pressured us a lot to sign it because we could lose the apartment. So, out of fear and haste, we signed on the spot without having read the entire contract. In the end, we didn’t take the apartment, and he didn’t refund the money, claiming that reservations are conditional on the owner’s acceptance and the approval of the mortgage loan needed by the buyer. We needed 100%, which we told him, and he referred us to one of his financial brokers to assess if we could get it, but that was not the case; they offered us less, and for him, that is not a reason for a refund. We were naive, and he knew how to manage the deception well. Don’t pay him anything and read the contract carefully, without rushing because then they wash their hands of it.

Negative experience: There is news about them that they are alleged scammers and that they have taken the money from 4 families due to an supposed scam.

Negative experience: This real estate agency is a scam and completely unprofessional. A few months ago, my partner, my sister, and I rented an apartment, and they delivered it a mess, even with a cockroach infestation. At first, they didn't want to take responsibility until we managed to get them to do so. Then, as days passed, the apartment had more problems, among them, the sink, the lights didn’t work, and I was without light in my room for a month and a half with a 5-month-old baby. After many insistences, they finally came to turn on the lights, but they told us they would install a ceiling light, which we are still waiting for. I have been to the office and talked to the 'manager' of the agency, and all they give me are excuses for not installing the ceiling light that they themselves promised. Please reconsider before doing any business with this agency.

Negative experience: I went through a renovation and purchase process with Jardi Park, it all started very well with good manners and ended up being very disappointing. Many problems at the renovation level, including a flood in the apartment. Things half done, poor mixing of the plaster in the entire yard. The shower rusty and poorly hung with holes left uncovered. Gas outlets unsealed causing leaks, façade unpainted after installation touch-ups... In short, they ended up not responding to my messages and I got tired of asking them to correct their mistakes. I am very sorry, but this is not how things are done.

You asked my sister to sign a paper where you deducted your commission from her deposit, the sellers knew nothing about the deposit and you assured that it would be returned if the €3,000 was paid first. I don't know what kind of shady dealings you do, but it's clear that you are criminals. But don't worry, this is going to come to light because we're going to tell everyone what kind of company you are!!! We have all the messages, emails, and calls, more than enough proof!!! - Be very careful with this real estate agency, my sister was going to buy an apartment with them and everything was going well until the day before the signing when they called her to ask for money, I think €3,000 or so out of the blue... When she refused because they never told her she had to pay this since the seller pays, not the buyer... I was there when they called her asking for that money, saying that if not, the apartment wouldn't be sold, and my sister was crying because she didn't understand anything with the mortgage and everything ready. In the end, the apartment was sold without the real estate agency in the picture because they themselves sent an email to my sister saying they were withdrawing from the sale since the sellers didn’t want to pay the commission, and they decided that my sister would pay it one day before the signing... it's unbelievable!!! But after they withdrew from the sale of the apartment, they refused to return the deposit, which is a crime!!!!!! This happened about two years ago, and they have not returned the €16,000 that my sister and brother-in-law are still waiting for today. They have had to sue them and are awaiting a trial that they will clearly win since they have all the evidence. It has been a nightmare for them, so be very careful with them!!!!

Fantastic experience: They sold my apartment in less than 1 month and with a lower commission than other real estate agencies, the salesperson (Isaac) was always very attentive, keeping me informed throughout the process. My experience has been very positive.

Negative experience: I give 1 star because it does not allow me to give 0. Do not trust this real estate agency. I have been waiting for a year and a half for the trial because I decided to sue them for keeping 16,000 euros that I handed over as a deposit for the purchase of an apartment. I bought the apartment on August 5, 2022, and the day before the purchase, they called me from the agency to ask us to pay 3,000 euros in expenses because the seller did not want to take responsibility. When I decided not to do it and not to sign the document confirming that we agreed to pay them the 3,000 euros (which was never discussed beforehand), they decided to keep the total amount handed over as a deposit, that is, the 16,000 euros. Isn't this extortion? Jardi Park was responsible for turning such a significant and emotional process for a person, such as buying their first home, into the worst nightmare. Please, do not trust this real estate agency; they are scammers, fraudsters, and extortionists.

Fantastic experience: I sold an apartment with tenants for investment, I was able to get the price I asked for, the tenants continued in the house and within a couple of months it was resolved, a cordial and very professional deal, I am very satisfied, they are a good team and recommendable.

Negative experience: Total scam! Don't trust this real estate agency. My partner and I approached this real estate agency excited about the opportunity to have our own home. However, our experience turned into a terrible disappointment. We were passed to a broker, and we had meetings at the agency's offices. To our surprise and dismay, the money we were paying was not reaching the builder. We discovered that the broker (who came through the agency) had not paid the builder part of the agreed money, leaving the construction in an incomplete state. We felt scammed and robbed! Not only did we lose our time and money, but we were also emotionally affected by this unpleasant experience. It is unacceptable for a company to engage in such deceptive practices. We highly recommend avoiding doing business with this real estate agency and looking for more reliable and honest alternatives in the market.

Negative experience: If someone is considering the purchase of a new construction home, my recommendation is to stay away from this company. We have been victims of their constant lies and breaches. We were forced to terminate the contract with them and finish building the house on our own because the contractor they hired to build the new construction changed the lock on our house, preventing us from accessing it due to their constant non-payments and problems from the very first minute. They have asked us for money in advance without executing the work, used lower quality materials than agreed upon, concealed a one-meter drop in the backyard of the house, and modified the project without informing us with incredible bad faith. We know several cases of affected individuals, and in all of them, the company's practices have been similar. It's only necessary to search for their name in various newspapers and check their practices with clients.

Negative experience: I wrote to ask for information and Anna replied to tell me that the salespeople would call me, but nobody called for days. I wrote to her again saying that no one had called, and she told me she would find out what happened and assured me that they would get in touch with me that same day. More days went by with nothing, and I wrote to her again saying that this real estate agency has no communication, and she didn't even bother to find out what had happened, nor call me, nor show any interest in her work, and she simply didn't respond. That's why I decided to leave a negative review, hoping that they will respond here since it's public. Just because of this, they have already lost a sale.

Negative experience: In our community of neighbors, we have not had a good experience with these people. After the water restrictions, they continued charging the same fee without doing even half of the work, and when we demanded that they return part of those fees for not mowing the lawn or doing anything other than adding chlorine to the pool, they terminated the contract and left us stranded. One star is too much to rate them.

Fantastic experience: Fa poc vaig vendre el pis i tot gestionat per a la gent de l'oficina de la Rambla que eren els que estaven aprop de la propietat i realment sempre han estat pendent de tot inclus coses que no els i pertocaben per tal de ayudar donant un cop de ma i donar facilitats al venedor (en el meu cas) a qué tot anes perfecte. I no nomes per vendre el pis sino que despres de formalitzada la venda encara continuen ayudan a resoldre algunes coses referents a la propietat.
