Positive experience: Our idea was to buy one apartment and we ended up buying two. With the budget we had, they gave us the options we could choose from and that’s what we did. The deal with Alina was very professional and friendly. Great people skills to meet the owners and know which property fits what you need. For this reason, the purchase was easy, and we rented the apartment on the same day. We will continue working with them on future occasions.

Negative experience: A few years ago, we sold a house in Sabadell with them and it went great, but now that we have sold with them again, and the agents were not the same, the experience has been terrible. Many mistakes due to a lack of professionalism, and we did most of the management ourselves on top of the huge amount they take. If we could turn back time, we definitely wouldn't do it with them.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia con esta oficina de Nova Finques. Realizamos una oferta para la compra de una vivienda y sin notificarme que ésta no había sido aceptada por los propietarios, y sin siquiera devolverme el importe de la reserva, firmaron arras con otro cliente. Este tipo de prácticas a mi entender son poco éticas y cero transparentes de cara al cliente.

Gracias por su tiempo y su opinión, todos los comentarios son importantes para nosotros y lamentamos profundamente la experiencia que ha tenido.Después de analizar su caso, me consta que no se realizó un contrato de arras sino que se formalizó un encargo de compra, ya que teníamos una reserva activa, que era la suya. En cuanto el propietario nos comunicó que rechazaba su oferta, se le comunicó a usted dentro del plazo establecido en el contrato de reserva. Queremos transmitirle que la aceptación de su oferta por parte del vendedor no depende de Nova finques y lamentamos que fuese denegada. El contrato de Arras de los clientes interesados en el inmueble a precio, no se realizó hasta que no se resolvió su reserva.Para nosotros el cliente es lo primero, y le queremos ofrecer si usted aún está buscando de forma activa, la posibilidad de poder encontrar algún inmueble con las características que le puedan encajar.Por favor póngase en contacto con nosotros a través del siguiente e-mail: [email protected] saludo!

Negative experience: ofrecimos una cantidad por un piso y el dia de las arras me sumaron 1.000euros mas, cuando me di cuenta me dijeron que el propietario no queria vajar mas, enfin me dijeron que el dia de la firma ajustarian un poco el precio aunque fuese de sus honorarios ... mentira!! y enzima cuando nos dan las llaves tube que cambiar la caldera porque estaba aberiada y no podiamos ni cocinar ni ducharnos con agua caliente.. total otros 1.000 euros mas la broma.. comprando un piso que era para entrar a vivir.. NO los recomiendo!!!

Negative experience: Tened cuidado con ellos y leed bien los contratos, a nosotras nos han querido engañar en todos los trámites. No la recomiendo para nada, en especial las oficinas de Barberà del Vallès y Av. Barberà.
