Negative experience: Hello, I rented an apartment with them on Corominas street. From the moment I rented the apartment until I terminated the contract, there was always a cordial attitude, and they solved any issues without problems. The issue arises when it comes to the return of the deposit, and I mention this so that any tenant is aware of this point. When I returned the property, which was previously painted and clean, they wanted to charge me 690 euros + VAT for cleaning a 50 m2 apartment, and for repairs of damages that the property already had. They wanted to fix the house at my expense. In the end, I paid them a little less than half of what they demanded to avoid going to court with them. My advice is to take pictures of everything, every little detail, and send them to the real estate agency for record. And always, when you return the property, do it in their presence and have them sign a document stating that everything is in order, especially if you are from outside, as they think that just because you are not from the area, you are foolish.
