Positive experience: Lights and shadows, which is why I give it 4 stars, although I must admit that they ultimately did their job quite well. I had the apartment for sale for 6 months without receiving a single visit despite lowering the price, and when we were about to give up on the Tecnocasa option, they switched agents, and this new agent managed to sell the apartment in less than 3 months through negotiations. So, as I said, since it is more the worker's fault than the company's, I am happy with the service provided. A lot of speed with the issue of the deposit and the signing, seriousness, and ease in getting things done in that aspect, 10/10. My agent was David, who made things very easy for me from the beginning, but as I said, 4 stars because this guy showed up more than 6 months after I started working with this office to sell the property.

Negative experience: After a year of renting and practically not living in the apartment… they decide to keep my entire deposit and charge me more than 400 euros for repairs and painting of the walls and ceiling. IT'S A SCAM! And very poorly managed by the agents. DO NOT RENT AT AVE BARBERA BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. P.S.: they tried to break into the property twice.

Negative experience: Beware of this Tecnocasa agency on Av Barberà. When you rent a property from them, when you leave the property they will keep your deposit and take the opportunity to paint the entire apartment and do a deep cleaning with your money. Usurers.

Positive experience: Luces y sombras, por eso las 4 estrellas, aunque reconozco que al final hicieron su trabajo bastante bien. Tuve el piso en venta 6 meses sin recibir ni una sola visita a pesar de ir rebajando el precio, y cuando estábamos a punto de abandonar la opción Tecnocasa nos cambiaron al agente y este, a base de negociaciones, consiguió vender el piso en menos de 3 meses, así que como digo, al ser mas culpa del trabajador que de la empresa, estoy contento con el servicio dado. Mucha rapidez con el tema de las arras y la escrituración, seriedad y facilidad para hacer las cosas, en ese aspecto, 10/10. Mi agente fue David, quien me puso las cosas muy fáciles desde el principio, pero como digo, 4 estrellas por que este chico apareció mas de 6 meses después de contar con esta oficina para vender el inmueble.
