Negative experience: Once you sign the contract, their management of apartment issues is over. If an appliance breaks down due to normal wear and tear, you have to handle finding a new one to replace it; they only 'authorize' you to perform tasks that should be their responsibility as a real estate agency, but in no case do they minimally collaborate in the replacement. You have to act as if you were the owner while being a tenant. You have to manage finding the new appliance (and it has to be the cheapest possible, as this is the only criterion to consider), making the purchase, executing the installation, and even invoicing them in their name. Zero involvement.

Negative experience: I do not recommend the Exes Sabadell real estate agency or the property. Regarding the agency, communication was difficult; on several occasions, I was ignored or received delayed responses. They are quick to close the contract but are not efficient in addressing questions or providing support to renters. It often seemed like they sided with the property owner and never assisted the renters. I was dissatisfied with their treatment and do not recommend them, as cordiality and support are the minimum expectations. As for the property, it is well-structured but its location is far from metro/train stations. The property manager was not fair at the end of the contract, ultimately charging us 450 euros for cleaning and pest control services. When we moved in, we had to clean several areas and wash the bedding, which had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, we dealt with insects and cockroaches during the three months we rented the place. In the end, the manager insinuated that we had brought the cockroaches into the apartment, trying to unjustly place the responsibility on us to justify deducting the amount from the deposit. In short, we paid a high price for the agency for three months of rent only to be ignored or poorly responded to, and finally ended up spending 450 euros on maintenance that the manager refused to take responsibility for.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this real estate agency. We consulted with them for an industrial unit for rent. Being interested in it, they charged us one month's rent as a reservation. Then they requested documentation as a company. As a recently registered SL that hasn't started activity yet, we do not have billing data or more financial or employee data like they started to request. Since what we presented was insufficient for them and they couldn't proceed with the contract as they indicated, we then asked for our money to be refunded because it was not us who withdrew from the rental. Upon requesting the refund, these people stopped responding and refuse to return the reservation which amounts to €1800. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE.

Negative experience: Setting aside that every time I called I wasn't attended to until the third call, the experience with Ms. Raquel has been awful. She informed us about a furnished apartment and postponed the first visit 2 hours before the agreed time because it had to be vacated. She postponed the second visit without warning, leaving me standing at the apartment door. Both appointments were during my work hours, which I specified when I indicated my availability. And all of it was in vain because the following week we discovered that the apartment was already reserved. She did not follow through on the calls she promised to make whether or not she had a response from the owner. I had to contact the real estate agency every time to find out if there was any response, as if I were supposed to do her job. And today, after calling 3 times, she tells me that just at 8 in the morning they told her that the apartment is staying with the person who reserved it and regarding the attention she gave me, she said 'this is what it is.' This kind of treatment should never be given to a client, especially when we submitted a complaint form and her response was 'I think it’s rude that you put it after I apologized and adapted to your schedule,' something she never did as I mentioned before. This woman deserves a second complaint form.

Negative experience: My partner and I are very disappointed with this real estate agency and the treatment we received from Mrs. Raquel. For two and a half weeks, we have been trying to get information about one of your apartments, and all you do is confuse us with opaque and obtuse information, or as you told my partner this morning about this situation, 'this is what it is'. I find it shameful the unprofessional treatment we have received, and that after three attempts to visit the apartment, in which on one occasion they left my partner hanging when she had to request to see the apartment during working hours FOR THE SECOND TIME (and you never adapted to her needs), you have canceled the visit three times. And after much insistence, we found out that from the beginning the owner had the apartment reserved with an acquaintance of hers. The same day the first visit was canceled, the apartment disappeared from your website, and we had to insist and insist to get information about it. I find it humiliating that we could never receive the information we requested unless we spent days insisting, and when we finally got it, you treated us in a very unprofessional manner. Mr. Josep, if what you say is true, then on 09/19/23 do you reiterate what was said two years ago? Why at that moment was our deposit not satisfied at that precise time and why now have the courts ruled in my favor and my full deposit has had to be returned to me? For me, it does not align that you had to face payments to repair the property due to our fault and that the court has ruled it was not our fault and has had to return the money to us. To me, this means that you were not in the right, that the two invoices that paradoxically summed the exact amount of the deposit had nothing to do with the condition in which we left the property. If that is not the case, then why did the court rule and pay us two years later? Thank you.
