Negative experience: Trato nefasto hacia el inquilino. Alquilamos una vivienda bastante antigua, y al final del contrato quisieron utilizar nuestra fianza para arreglar cosas que ja estaban desgastadas desde un principio. Por suerte fueron tan evidentes que no habíamos sido los inquilinos que tuvieron que darnos la fianza pero costó muchos mensajes y malos tratos. Tal vez como propietario beneficie ya que sin duda buscan aprovecharse del inquilino al máximo. NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA SI ERES INQUILINO.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria de SINVERGUEZAS. No recomiendo a nadie contratar con esta inmobiliaria que se supone que contratas con ellos para no tratar con particulares, pero cuando tienes un problema se limpian las manos diciendo que no es cosa de ellos y que contactes con el dueño del inmueble! No llevan ni la cuenta del dinero que les ingresas, te cambian el número de cuenta por whatsapp! Se llevan tu dinero por la cara. --- Mi comentario no es gratuito, y lo firmo con mi nombre y apellido, y creo que la persona que me responde aquí abajo es la persona con la que he hablado por teléfono. Esta inmobiliaria no vela por el cumplimiento del contrato ni cumple su papel de intermediario entre el dueño del inmueble y el inquilino. Lo único que les molesta es que los pongas en evidencia ante sus otros clientes.

Negative experience: No recomano l' experiència amb aquesta inmobiliària, ha estat nefasta. Com a inquilina no es fan responsables de res. No faciliten la comunicació. La vivienda que hem van proporcionar, amb dèficits importants, calentador no funciona be, armaris cuina rovellats per dintre, tanca finestra no funciona, persianas no funcionen i no es van voler fer càrrec de res. Personal poc qualificat. I poc profesionals. SOBRETODO, SI QUERÉIS COGER UN PISO DE ALQUILER, ESTA INMOBILIARIA, SIEMPRE INTENTARÁ BENEFICIAR AL PROPIETARIO, ANTES QUE AL INQUILINO. Hoy dia 18 de noviembre. Os respondo al comentario mencionado por la inmobiliaria PERITAX. No teneis vergüenza ninguna. De poner esa respuesta típica cordial y de todo es mentira. Os pensais que con vuestras respuestas amenazadoras vamos a dejar de opinar, váis muy equivocados. Todo lo que he publicado es totalmente cierto con pruebas. Y me reafirmo en mis comentarios antes publicados.
