Negative experience: Si queréis comprar a precios inflados, es vuestro sitio. Mantienen el anuncio de una propiedad durante 1 mes, diciendo que estaba reservada, a un precio de 290K, lo eliminan, y a los pocos días vuelven a poner el anuncio con una subida de precio de casi 60 mil euros. La palabra especuladores se les queda pequeña.

Negative experience: Ayer teníamos cerrada una visita a las 17:00 horas ( visita que cerramos hace una semana ) con Rosa y no se presento nadie. Todavía estoy esperando que me devuelva la llamada y los mensajes que mandé. Parece ser que solo importa vuestro tiempo y no el nuestro, ni tampoco el coste de desplazamiento que supone ir a la visita, sobre todo cuando no se encuentra cerca de donde resides ahora.

Luego nos dijo que para que nos va a enseñar pisos si no tenemos la entrada suficiente que es una perdida de tiempo y tal.. Dudo que todos los gestores sean así y simplemente tuvimos mala suerte

Susana y Servihábitat nos hicieron pensar durante meses que el problema del local en el que estábamos interesados era que estaba ocupado, cuando el verdadero problema era que no habían todavía empezado el proceso judicial para tener la posesión física!! Dan muchas largas cuando ellos tienen que mover ficha, pero son bien rápidos para pedirte firmas y documentos. Son unos estafadores. Nunca los recomendaría!

Fantastic experience: Coordinamos con ellos la venta de nuestra casa en Madrid en julio del 2020, plena crisis del Covid-19 y en diciembre del mismo año, la casa se encontraba vendida, encargándose ellos de todos los tramites y poniendo mas de su parte de lo que se contrato, ya que me encontraba en otra ciudad, sin poder desplazarme a Madrid, realizaron todos los trámites como si estuviese allí mismo. De nuestra venta, se encargo el Director Comercial Gustavo Roldan, y de él solo se puede decir que es un profesional, que nos aconsejo lo mejor para nosotros y que incluso llego a aconsejarnos sobre otros temas inmobiliarios ajenos a lo que habíamos contratados, demostrando su gran interés por el cliente. Recomendaría esta agencia a cualquier persona.

Negative experience: Dejé en sus manos la venta de mi piso, al estar vacío les dejé las llaves para que pudieran enseñarlo cuando necesitaran. El problema está en que me mentian, cuando les llamaba para ver como iba la venta me hablaban de las visitas que hacian, algo que era totalmente falso (en la web de la compañia eléctrica salen los consumos de energía por horas y cuando decían que habían estado no habia ningun gasto de energia con lo que no era cierto que hubieran estado en el piso), en la primera mentira (me lo hicieron mas veces) es cuando perdí totalmente la confianza en ellos. Afortunadamente la exclusiva terminó y a día de hoy he podido vender mi casa sin necesidad de contar con ningún tipo de inmobiliaria. Mi consejo: HUIR de las inmobiliarias que como esta te obligan a firmar una exclusiva porque puede pasaros como a mi y perder 4 meses con ellos.
