Negative experience: Just stay away from this office. Very bad service.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. The worst of the worst. They treated us terribly. I rented my apartment through them and they brought in tenants who were praised but ended up destroying my place. Besides washing their hands off the situation and ignoring what happened in my apartment, they have found them another property. So, surely these tenants will do the same in the new place and the landlord won't even know what awaits him. Don’t trust them, they are very unprofessional and have caused me a big problem because I had to fix all the damages myself. When I asked for explanations, they started avoiding my calls and disappeared. Stay away from this real estate agency. The one who handled everything for me was Zahira, a very arrogant person who talks a lot. Once she gets her commission for the rent or the arrangements, she forgets everything and disappears.

Negative experience: Muy malo, antes de vender todo son comodidades, se suponen que te hacen todos los trámites, una vez vendido y se han quedado con el dinero ya se desentienden, ni siquiera te cogen el telefono. Una y no mas santo tomas.

Positive experience: Me ayudaron a encontrar mi piso de alquiler,realmente como todas las inmobiliarias tampoco es que se involuquen mucho para llevarse un mes ellos,pero bueno ya sabemos lo que hay.te enseñan el piso,vas a firmar en la oficina,y luego los demas tramites ya los haces tú,y un mesecito para ellos.

Tardaron poco en encontrar varias personas interesadas en el piso y deben tener buen criterio para seleccionarlas porque no hemos tenido ningún problema con los inquilinos. Nos facilitaron mucho todo el tema de trámites y el papeleos.
