Fantastic experience: I want to highlight this real estate agency for the following reasons: PUNCTUALITY, RELIABILITY, SERIOUSNESS, CLOSENESS, CALMNESS, AND WILLINGNESS. Before hiring Tecnocasa, we had our apartment for sale with another agency called 'FINKASA'. They lied to us and misled us about several things, and we decided not to sell the apartment and stay, it was a disastrous situation. We met Victor, but we were already scared, especially after the situation we had experienced... but from minute one, he was concerned about everything, even reassuring me since I was scared because of what had happened. Seeing the calmness he transmitted and how he explained every detail, my husband and I decided to sell the house with them. I won’t lie, I had my fears, but it's something normal; you don’t sell your house every day. We got to work, and they came to take photos of the apartment, etc. They posted the photos, and I was surprised that people came to my house since the other agency didn’t bring anyone in 3 months... and they sold the apartment in a week. It’s true that my apartment is beautiful, renovated, a high ground floor, etc. Moreover, the price we set was low for us but realistic for the market value. I mean, you can't ask for 130,000€ for a two-bedroom apartment in the middle of Parla, no one is going to buy it because for that, you'd buy one without work, cheaper, and renovate it yourself. So, we sold our house for 114,000€. Sometimes, no matter how attached you are to a house and think it’s worth more because you think it is, honestly, you won’t sell it because you really want to sell your house for sentimental value, but you should always sell at the real market value. Also, beyond all this, they managed the timelines in our sale since we were selling to buy. Nowadays, you either do it this way, or you can’t buy - it’s impossible. However, Victor kept track of the deposit timelines, signing the deed, everything—honestly, it was incredible. After the sale, Victor continued to check on us, for example, with the change of utilities, etc. I’m sharing my sale story because you have to tell everything and see why I value this office with all the stars because this is summarized, but there were many nerves, hopes, and disappointments—things that Victor endured and was there for us at all times without complaint or making us feel bad for calling, and that is worth appreciating. I also want to highlight a second person who also has a lot to do with it, our dear Fede, haha. When our fears came in about not meeting the timelines, he was there to support us, listen to us, and give us the best advice. Negative experience: ESTAFADORES !!! Federico y Barbara no saben hacer su trabajo, poco profesionales y encima lo único q quieren es sacar dinero y qdarse con la señal, no recomiendo a nadie esta inmobiliaria encima los honorarios son abusivos y la atención pésima.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con esta oficina ha sido bastante nefasta. Después de reservar una de sus viviendas y proponer mi oferta la cual para ellos era casi imposible pero la cual aceptan ofrecersela al propietario en un plazo de 5 dias me contestarían, la sorpresa fue cuando coincido con una persona la cual le han ofertado mi vivienda la cual tenía reservada y la ofrecen hacer otra oferta para poder sacar más dinero. Una práctica ilegal ya que al estar la vivienda reservada no pueden hacer uso para otra venta hasta no responder a la oferta. Siempre niegan esa actuación una y otra vez devolviendome el dinero al negarme con seguir con la venta, con un "NO SE TE ACEPTO LA OFERTA" panda de mentirosos y poco profesionales. Abstenerse y mirar con lupa quien entre a esta oficina.
