Buenas tardes Raquel, nuestra política referente a la gestión del arrendamiento es tal cual como le comentamos a todos nuestros clientes, somos una empresa que ofrecemos unos servicios cualificados y como empresa cobramos por cada servicio ofrecido. un saludo
Negative experience: Falta de transparencia, no te quieren decir su tarifa hasta que no vean tu casa, es que a unos les cobran una cosa y a otros otra diferente. Y si compras con ellos, después de haber dado una señal, sorpresa! Te piden más dinero por el piso, del que estaba publicado.
Buenos tardes Olga, en relación al tema de la tarifa obviamente no podemos dar una valoración exacta tanto de la vivienda como de honorarios debido a que tenemos que conocer el estado del inmueble in situ, ya que no tiene el mismo valor una vivienda para reformar en algunos aspectos: grietas, tarima deteriorada, etc...En relación a la sorpresa a la que se refiere es completamente incierto, ya que todos los clientes antes de entregar una señal para la reserva de una vivienda firman toda una documentación relacionado al tema de precios, gastos y honorarios.La transparencia es nuestra seña de identidad debido a que todas nuestras minutas están expuestas en nuestra publicidad ( revistas....)

Negative experience: Fatal el trato, llamamos nada más abrir los telefonos para ir a verlo en cuanto se pueda, nos dan cita para el lunes a primera hora y nos llaman al rato para decirnos que ya está reservado. La excusa de la persona que nos llama es que no sabía que se enseñaba hoy. Es una vergüenza de servicio, nada profesionales.

No es intención de la oficina que nadie se sienta agraviado en el trato, intentamos gestionar las visitas según el orden de entrada de las llamadas junto con los clientes que se personan in situ en la oficina en el momento de verlas publicadas en las webs.
