Negative experience: My experience with Mendesalles has been a real pain. In my case, I bought a house through them and paid 4235 euros for their services. Elena told me that usually both the buyer and the seller pay equally; in this case, she gave a special price to the sellers because they were friends. Up to this point, there was no problem since I was informed of their fees at an adequately early stage of the process, and frankly, what they charge the rest is their business; but this 'friendship' is costing me. After the sale, Elena insists on justifying the convoluted dealings of the friends she has as clients and tries to remain neutral in a situation where there is a clear victim and a clear scammer, only reacting (or making them react) when I threaten to take the case to court. It's a shame because, otherwise, Elena has been diligent, willing, and attentive; but considering the type of clients she deals with, I will avoid hiring her services in the future.
