Negative experience: I rented an apartment there for 5 months, because I am doing my ERASMUS studies in Bilbao. I moved in and signed the contract but neither the contract nor the landlord told me that there were cameras inside of the apartment. When I asked about it, he said they are there for security resons. I kept asking and then he told me that the bask gouvernment demands it. When I asked for a source or a document where I could research this "rule" he told me that I could move out anytime I liked - so I did immediatly. I wouldn't recommend to lend from them. Especially not if you have any kind of language barrier.
