Negative experience: I have had problems after purchasing the house with a work and approved budget in the building of €336,000 (€8,500 per neighbor) that was never communicated to me nor mentioned in the property manager's report on the day of signing. I communicated this problem to the real estate agency and received a response for help after I left a bad review, which I did not appreciate as customer service. (According to the manager, only once the mode and periodicity of payment have been approved and agreed upon for each neighbor, is it considered a special assessment and only then, it may appear in the community payment report). Meanwhile, the real estate agency has committed to help me with reporting this concealment of information and we are waiting to see how it gets resolved. So far, no one is taking responsibility (neither the real estate agency, nor the property manager, nor the seller) and I am waiting for a resolution on who is responsible for these amounts that have been hidden from me all along. Regarding the fees given the circumstances, €10,000 seems very expensive to me as of today. Let's hope everything gets resolved.

They had the water cut off (we later saw it was due to leaks), they had painted the entire house (after purchasing it, we found a huge leak in one room that we discovered came from the roof, which had a shifted ridge, and another in the living room; when we asked if there were leaks, they said no). They had a window that was always open, which we thought was for ventilation, but the reality is it was broken and wouldn't close. They left us a pellet stove that they said heated great, but it kept giving errors until we fixed it ourselves; I understand that's why they didn't take it away. I understand if they didn't know that while we were renovating the bathroom we found EVERYTHING covered in black mold, but the least they could have done was inform us that there were 2 leaks, one in the living room and another in a bedroom, that there were water leaks, the window was broken, the stove too, and the funniest part? Finding out that our neighbors in the adjacent house bought it for 20k less (164), and we, who wanted to lower the price from 190 to 180, nothing extraordinary for a town on the outskirts of Madrid, were given excuses that the owner (a lawyer, wealthy, with a huge house in Zaragoza and many properties) didn't want to, and that they had managed to lower the price to 184k "taking part of the commission off themselves" (yeah, right xD) with a lot of effort. I did not like the experience; they are not transparent with buyers. I get that they sell better this way, but I feel deceived. However, the girl who showed us the house was very nice; we wanted to install solar panels, and the technician came signed only the deposit and there was no problem with her being there. But other than that... from my boyfriend and me, we thank you for the lack of transparency regarding defects you clearly knew about to sell the house. That has bothered us, to be honest.

The house that was purchased had been rented until very shortly before the sale, and for example, that the ceramic hob was not working was not known, as the tenant did not inform about it. It was also not known that there were two leaks, although after the passage of Dana, it's not unusual. In any case, these are two very small problems that do not determine a sale in any way. To say that La Doctora sold the house at a high price seems absurd to me; we are in a free market country where each person buys and sells as they wish, no one forced the buyers to acquire the property. This is a biased review that La Doctora does not deserve at all, as it does not reflect the truth and unfairly tarnishes a real estate agency with an impeccable track record and that is a reference for many people in that area of Madrid.

Fantastic experience: Alquilé una casa con ellos hace algo más de un año y ya dejé un comentario muy bueno hacia esta inmobiliaria.. Ahora que la vendo...tan sólo puedo decir que son unos auténticos profesionales que nos asesoran en cada momento. Cualquier duda te la resuelven al momento y siempre responden a los mensajes....incluso fuera de horario. Tienen una paciencia infinita y siempre responden con una sonrisa. Recomiendo 100% Gracias al equipo y sobretodo a Rafael. Volvería a recomendar y confiar en ellos millones de veces.
