Negative experience: After several years, I have decided to write my story with the Priscasa real estate agency. Years ago, I found an apartment to buy online that they represented. I paid a reservation fee. It turned out that the owner could not sell the property due to a debt he had. When I requested the refund of the reservation fee, they refused to do so. I sued them. For their strategy to work out, after receiving a burofax from my lawyer, the real estate agents summoned us to a notary for a fictitious 'buy-sell' transaction that could not even take place. The owner of the apartment did not show up for this charade, but I had no choice but to attend, or I would lose everything. After a lawsuit, which I won after suing them, the real estate agency decided not to pay, and this was in 2018. Almost 6 years have passed since the trial, and we are still in the same situation. The accounts they had at that time are frozen. I have no doubt that up to today, they have diverted accounts; otherwise, they would not continue with the business. During this time, twice some money appeared in their accounts, which was seized by the court to pay off a debt they owe. And so we continue, dealing with the courts as the debt has accumulated since 2018. I don’t know if I am the only one or if there are more people like me who they owe money to? My personal advice is not to deal with them without having a lawyer contracted from the outset. I hope my comment helps make the right decisions when choosing.
As you rightly said, the owner was the one who scammed and years later is still missing. Tell the story as it really was.
Negative experience: Not professional and with quite distorted principles. I posted an ad on Wednesday the 29th at night, and on Thursday the 30th at 9:50 am, I was at their office. Javier opened the door for us, showed us pictures, and we told him we wanted to schedule a visit that worked for us. From the seller’s side, they couldn't accommodate visits until Friday the 31st at 6 pm. Thursday afternoon, he confirmed via WhatsApp that we were the first. Upon arriving for the visit, he told us that he hadn't canceled it out of courtesy but that he got confused with availability; he showed it yesterday and it’s sold. There is no order of visits; he passes them before or after as it suits him. And that, for professional ethics, he has to sell it to them. It's a shame that people like you work in this sector. I would avoid this real estate agency even if it were the last apartment for sale. I expect your public response where you say how much you sold for.
I only tell you not to try to do what you wouldn't want done to you. That on one hand, on the other you told me you were very tight on the housing price. Secondly, wanting an apartment is not just saying 'yes', there are many factors that influence a successful outcome, and you were in a hurry to move in that I don't know if the property could have adapted. Lastly, you close a door to yourselves, lacking the respect as you have, when I was waiting for another very similar one to come in and you were the first ones I was going to call. In short, I believe you should not disrespect a professional, given the circumstances that have arisen and in which chance has influenced. I hope you have good luck with the purchase. Lastly, you have shown your education by insulting. Don't forget that you don't have preference over any other client; everyone has the same rights. I get the feeling that it is you who have 'distorted' ethical principles.
Negative experience: They went up a floor, and the next morning we were the first to make sure we had the first visit. As we were informed, they couldn't be done that same day, and it was left for the next day. That same afternoon, we made sure to be the first, and they confirmed it. Our surprise came during the visit, where we were informed that two visits were done the day before, passed ahead of us without notifying us, and one was verbally agreed to be signaled. According to them, they have to take the signal for ethical reasons; according to my ethical considerations, if you have affirmed to someone that they are first and they have even made an effort to be so, ethically you should inform the other visit that there is someone ahead or at least notify that visits could be done. But ethics, apparently, are interpreted based on interests. And thank you for the response, but I have neither insulted nor disrespected anyone. It would be even more outrageous if I couldn't express my opinion through a review. If you have a business, you are exposed to both good and bad opinions, or is it only acceptable when a review is beneficial?
Any customer has the same right as you. Chance and availability to view apartments influence this. From there to losing education and insulting and writing reviews is a whole different story.

Negative experience: Lo que debería ser un proceso de compra venta sencillo y tranquilo se convirtió en la peor pesadilla. Imprescindible estar asistido por un profesional en todo el proceso de compra venta porque dejaros fiar por la inmobiliaria Priscasa es el camino de la perdición, pesadilla y degradación psicológica. Lo peor.

Es una vergüenza el trato que nos has dispensado a nosotros y a la parte vendedora, la cual ha cumplido escrupulosamente todo lo acordado, siendo su conducta intachable. En nuestro caso el ser profesionales y tener una infinita paciencia contigo no quita que ya no aguantemos más tu comportamiento y acoso.
