They had sold smaller houses and had clients for ours. Knowing that we needed to sell as soon as possible, they deceived us and we sold far below the price. In addition, shortly before the sale, they brought us some buyers who did not give us a good feeling. They didn't want to ask for a deposit. Curiously, that same afternoon they took care of the sale of their property. After two visits, with plans for the works, ideas for changes, they undid the deal. When I told them that instead of €420,000 we were asking for €435,000, a buyer appeared. They offered us €405,000. The contract with them, with Inmo Elite, was about to expire and I was even going to report them for conflict of interest. They have taken advantage of our situation. For them, especially for Daniel, who by the way yelled at me over the phone on two occasions, and on another occasion made us feel like we were old and stupid (that we didn't understand), the commission is what matters. For me it means €20,000, for them almost nothing. (3% plus 21% VAT). In this case, they took €16,000. They showed up at my house without warning. (appointments with clients were not being met). In short!!! I would never hire any agency again, but the last one would be Inmo Elite from Las Rozas. If you are going to deal with them, be careful.
