Negative experience: NI SERIEDAD NI PROFESIONALIDAD. Después de pasar bastante tiempo para que contactasen me citan para ver los inmuebles que supuestamente iban a intentar vender y me dejan plantado sin aviso. Llamo varias veces al móvil de la persona que me citó y ni se digna en contestar.

Negative experience: Profesionalidad, seriedad, puntualidad y asesoramiento, nulo después de 11 meses intentando vender mi piso, me han llegado 2 ofertas, una en julio de 2021, se firmaban las arras a los tres días, nadaaaaasa y encima sin avisar. Siguiente oferta este mismo lunes, , y los más cojonudo es que la agencia de la calle de la Oca ha cerrado sin avisar a nadie ni compradores ni vendedores , profesionalidad nula ni por parte de Diego ni por parte de Raúl. Dejan mucho que desear supuestamente se firman las arras el jueves, UNA MIERRRRRRDA, pero lo más fuerte un mo ton de trabas para firmar esas arras

Negative experience: Yo quería vender mi casa. No quería ponerla en una inmobiliaria porque, por las características de la vivienda, estimaba que estaba muy ajustada al precio y que añadir la comisión que cobran los agentes expulsaría al reducido número de potenciales compradores de pagar por mi casa lo que sí valía. SPOILER: Al final vendí mi casa bastante deprisa por el precio que yo quería. Y no con Bafre. Llegaron los de Bafre y me vendieron que ellos ofrecían los inmuebles a ciudadanos chinos que quieren invertir desde China. Ellos ponían periódicamente un avión a esos inversores y durante un fin de semana los tenían viendo inmuebles que ellos terminaban comprando si les era interesante. Como eso me pareció que me daba acceso a unos compradores que no afectaban a mi estrategia de vender la casa en España, accedí a que trajeran SOLO ciudadanos chinos que vinieran desde China. Yo seguía en mi opción de vender el piso en España al precio ajustado al que lo vendí finalmente. Mientras, ellos traían compradores chinos durante tres meses en los que yo les daba exclusividad. ¿Cuantos chinos vinieron a ver mi casa con Bafre? CERO. Al principio me decían que era la pandemia (aunque las fronteras ya se habían abierto). Después me dijeron que al ser un inmueble grande, la población china se decanta por opciones de pisos más pequeños. ¿Y entonces para qué me pides un contrato para enseñarlo si no es “idóneo” para tu estrategia comercial? Eso sí, ya se preocuparon de intentar colarme un par de personas (no ciudadanos chinos) que viven en Madrid y a los que su excesiva comisión les disparó el precio. (Obviamente, cliente tocado por Bafre, cliente quemado por la comisión). En definitiva. Me sentí engañado. Esperé los tres meses del contrato y al precio al que lo tenía yo lo vendí en menos de un mes por mi cuenta. Los de Bafre no tenían intención de traer inversores extranjeros. Solo querían producto que poder ofrecer aunque con su comisión sacasen el producto de su precio. Lo dicho, poco profesionales y muy, muy vendemotos. Ni un ciudadano chino pisó mi casa a pesar de todas las facilidades que di.
