Negative experience: My experience with Mendesalles has been a real pain. In my case, I bought a house through them and paid 4235 euros for their services. Elena told me that typically both the buyer and seller pay equally; in this case, she gave a special price to the sellers because they were 'friends'. Up to this point, there was no problem because I was informed of their fees at a sufficiently early stage of the transaction and, frankly, what she charges the others is her business; but this 'friendship' is costing me. After the sale, Elena insists on justifying the convoluted dealings of the 'friends' she has as clients and remains neutral in a situation where there is a clear victim and a clear fraudster, only reacting (or making them react) when I threaten to take the case to court. It's a shame because, otherwise, Elena has been diligent, willing, and attentive; but considering the type of clients she deals with, I will avoid hiring her services in the future.
