Negative experience: FATAL. They showed us an apartment in Mataró (the visit and the agent were very good) but we feel that some points are not clear. We asked to see a draft of the contract and they told us that they would not send it to us unless we paid 1 month of non-refundable deposit. In other words, we cannot know the terms of the contract unless we pay them 700 euros to lose. The worst part, without a doubt, is the BAD EDUCATION of the girl who attends in the office, talking to clients with an air of superiority and openly saying that they set whatever conditions they want because they have plenty of clients. Anyway, we are going to locate the owner to explain the situation and to check if they really work this poorly or if we’ve been unlucky to come across an employee who has ZERO interest in providing good service. Absolutely not recommended. PS: thanks Google reviews for giving power back to the customer. MESLLOC: you have the power to set abusive conditions but be careful because now customers have the power to warn each other.
Dear Mr. Lenhardt, we regret your opinion, it does not pertain to Finques Meslloc, we assume it may be about our company in Mataró. In any case, our rental contract is the result of many years of experience and therefore, it is our decision not to facilitate it unless there is a real and demonstrable interest in renting a specific apartment for which we request the reservation.
Negative experience: I give 1 because I can't give a 0. We are tenants and they treat us very badly. Honestly, it is the worst agency we have ever used in our lives. NOTHING professional, rude, and lazy. They never look for solutions but always look for someone to blame. We regret working with them 100%. The worst of the worst.

Fantastic experience: We have been tenants of Finques Meslloc for 7 years and we have not had any problems with them, in fact, they are now looking for a property for us to buy and they have the most offers and have given us the best attention. They have many employees and honestly, I have my own business and I think it is very easy and can be unfair to make comments like the ones you make without really identifying the problem you had with them. Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, llamas para informarte y no puedes hablar con la persona que conoce el producto... te dicen que te llamará, pero no lo hace, así siempre. Me ha pasado varias veces... no entiendo como trabajan. Nada recomendable.
Buenas tardes, no nos consta ninguna llamada pendiente, nuestro equipo consta de dos personas que no salen nunca de la oficina que son las que dan la información sobre los pisos que comercializamos, si tuviéramos su contacto le llamaríamos ahora mismo por lo que si es tan amable de llamarnos le atenderemos gustosamente.
Negative experience: Pésima experiencia en la vista de un piso. El piso que tenía bonitas fotos, en realidad lucía: una cocina minúscula (la nevera no cabía, estaba en el sótano), una zona exterior colindante una rotonda con coches pasando, y el terrado partido en dos por una valla de obra (al otro lado un perro y, mala suerte, sus heces). De haberse visto lo real en las fotos me habría ahorrado tirar 2 horas... Me sentí timado. Las fotos habrían de mostrar todo: lo bueno y lo malo; no solo ser escaparate de la parte atractiva. Con todo, la persona que nos acompaño en la visita muy bien.
Buenos días Sr. Massarotto, lamentamos su opinión, esta casa en cuestión está aún habitada por el inquilino que en breve ya no estará, y si bien es cierto que las fotos se hicieron cuando no había iniciado la mudanza, creemos que su valoración es excesivamente negativa ya que las fotos son de la casa tal como era y como puede volver a ser cuando se haya finalizado la mudanza. En cuanto al resto de consideraciones no depende de nosotros lo que haga el perro del vecino en su casa. En nuestro caso seguimos a su disposición para intentar encontrar la casa que sea de su satisfacción.

Negative experience: Ni ho intentin. Hem trucat per demanar informació sobre un pis, va semblar que se'ls molesta. Sense predisposició alguna de respondre a la necessitat de client. Ni lo intenten. Hemos llamado para pedir informacion sobre un piso, parecio que se les molesta. Sin predisposicion alguna de responder a la necesidad del cliente.
Com li he contestat en anglès al seu marit, vostè va parlar amb una secretaria comercial, ella no visita els pisos ni els coneix nomes en sap les característiques més importants i no es desplaça per poder fer un video. Aquest pis va tenir des del primer moment molta demanda. Li oferim ajudar-la a llogar un pis, amb més temps sense tenir visites concertades ja que pensem que és normal donar prioritat als clients que tenen hora i l'estan visitant. Pensem que dues critiques tan negatives per la mateixa gestió potser és una mica excessiu. Una salutació
Negative experience: What happened was when we contacted to them regards to the announcement of an available apartment listed on Habitaclia. A lady from the agency rejected to assist online video review as we currently live outside of the area with small child and COVID situation doesn't allow us to visit the location easily. We said "We are not able to travel there to see the apartment right now." She responded "Yes you can." End of conversation. Never again to contact them. Worst experience. I have seen good reviews here before contact them so I expected a "normal" treatment but it was quite disappointed.
We are very sorry for your comment, which doesn’t feel right to us. Firstly, you spoke with the commercial secretary, who is not part of the team that shows the houses. Despite this, she told you that we had appointments with 5 other clients interested in the same property that same afternoon, and that 10 more clients had scheduled other appointments for the following day, so we would not be able to offer you a spot in time. We also offered to carry out the same operation with another apartment that didn’t have any appointments with other clients. Negative experience: Mi experiencia con ellos ha sido mala. El trato que he recibido de las personas con las que he hablado de esta inmobiliaria, para mí no es nada recomendable. Llevo viviendo 10 años de alquiler dejando los pisos en mejores condiciones de las que me lo encontraba y con un trato excelente por parte de inmobiliarias y propietarios. Esto nunca me había pasado. Quiero destacar q a pesar de la 0 empatía por parte de la plantilla de esta empresa en problemas causados SIEMPRE DE MANERA EXTERNA A NOSOTROS, el gerente tras haber visto mi total insatisfacción se ha preocupado en profundidad aunque ya tarde. (Quizá los que hemos sentido empatía por él somos nosotros). Saludos.
Apreciado Sr. Cieza, lamentamos que se haya quedado con esa impresión, como le he manifestado estoy convencido que nuestros colaboradores no han sabido transmitirle el trabajo realizado y la preocupación por intentar buscar soluciones a la problemática del piso en cuestión, por eso le agradezco sinceramente la critica que nos permitirá sin duda, mejorar dicha comunicación en el futuro. Negative experience: Superficiales y sobretodo el responsable un egocéntrico que se cree superior a cualquiera. No la recomiendo en absoluto. Después de firmar contrato tube que buscar abogado y cancelarlo porque no hacen su trabajo. Cobran y luego te dicen q te busques la vida.
Nuestra opinión es diametralmente opuesta a la suya, pensamos que ha conseguido lo que buscaba es decir rescindir un contrato acabado de firmar percibiendo todas las cantidades entregadas.
Negative experience: 2 semanas después del plazo máximo para la devolución de la fianza aún no hemos recibido lo que nos corresponde. Nos han intentado descontar de la fianza desperfectos que ya existían en el momento en que nos entregaron el piso (por suerte teníamos fotos y pudimos demostrarlo) Adicionalmente, nos han intentado cargar en la fianza unas facturas un tanto irregulares (fecha incorrecta) con precios abusivos. Cuando rechazamos estas facturas por motivos obvios, no han sabido reaccionar y aun estamos esperando respuesta... Muy poco profesionales y hemos quedado muy descontentos. No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Mala experiencia en la gestió de la nostra comunitat de propietaris. Malgrat grans esforços per part dels presidents de la comunitat per presentar els punts de descontentament, la gestió no ha millorat i s'ha acabat canviant d'administrador de la comunitat.
Apreciat Sr. Mier, Lamentem que no hagi quedat satisfet amb la gestió que s’ha fet de la comunitat. Com a intermediaris entre la comunitat i l’empresa promotora, hem posat a la seva disposició totes les eines i recursos possibles per fer front a les múltiples queixes dels veïns davant les anomalies que s’han anat detectant en els acabats de la finca. Hem fet moltes reunions tant amb la promotora, amb l’Ajuntament, i moltes altres gestions per tal de trobar solucions als problemes que pateix l’edifici. Però és important entendre que els responsables de l’estat de la finca és la empresa promotora, en cap cas Finques Meslloc, que només s’encarrega de gestionar la comunitat de propietaris. Lamentem profundament que no hagin rebut la resposta adequada per part de l’empresa promotora. Per la nostra part, i tal i com venint fent des de fa 30 anys, la nostra empresa seguirà oferint sempre el millor servei administratiu i jurídic per tal d’intentar solucionar els problemes a les comunitats de propietaris.

Fantastic experience: He alquilado un piso durante 3 años a través de esta inmobiliaria y siempre han funcionado muy bien. Rápida comunicación y siempre dando soluciones. También rápidos en la devolución de la fianza cuando ha llegado el momento. Hacen todas las gestiones , como cambios de nombre, tanto al iniciar la relación como al finalizarla. Como cualquier otra inmobiliaria cobra al iniciar la relación, pero en este caso sí lo merecen (he tenido otras experiencias donde la inmobiliaria se despreocupa por completo tras firmar el contrato). Mención especial a Verónica con quien trabajé la mayoría del tiempo y siempre funcionó genial.
