Negative experience: Bad practice. Alexia was the contact person for the purchase of an apartment. We had to resort to lawyers because she did not act correctly, favoring one of the parties, lying and hiding information. It is true that at the end of the process Alexia apologized to us, but also criticized the selling party behind their backs, with insults and very unprofessional behavior.
We understand your discomfort regarding the discrepancies with the selling party, but we find your remarks unfair concerning the actions of third parties, where we always tried to mediate with the best intention. We take the satisfaction of our clients and the professionalism of our work very seriously, and that is why we are saddened to read your comments.
Negative experience: Terrible. They say they will do things for you and blah blah... but they don't. Once they've charged, forget about it. I put my trust in the rental, first in closing and returning a rental and its deposit once the contract ended. The tenants they had chosen as 'the best' stopped paying and stayed an extra month without paying for 3 months. Tecnocasa couldn't fight to get anything in my favor. I think they were acquaintances of theirs or someone who cleaned for them... otherwise I can't explain the lack of solvency of the 'so well chosen'. In the end, I had to go several times in person to the office, 'unexpectedly', so they would attend to me and do the paperwork I needed, since they didn't answer my calls or messages. They lie that they are in meetings, give you long excuses, and other excuses if they finally respond. A month after the termination, I still haven't received the deposit due to their mismanagement. I had to deal with Incasòl myself on the matter, even after paying them for this task, at the time, one monthly fee. In my apartment, which they managed and said they would ensure everything was perfect, the tenants left large furniture, pots, a broken faucet that was leaking water, and they never took responsibility for recovering anything. 'You can give yourself a whack in the teeth that they have left.' - they told me. And they washed their hands of it. Be careful who you leave your properties with. You won't be able to delegate to them: you'll have to see who the tenants are because they don't do any selection. Once you've paid, if I've seen you, I don't remember. To those at Tecnocasa, categorically, no. A loss of money and time. And a bad experience. I'm going to OCU because this can't be allowed, that they take your number like this.
We feel your perception after all the actions taken. When the owner does not want to take out a non-payment insurance as we recommend, they always ask for income documentation and references, which are shown to the owner and it is they who accept or reject the tenants. Although it is not common, there may be some incident during the rental, which in this case we always try to resolve. The deposit had been requested several times from Incasòl as we have shown you, but due to the change in the procedure for returns from Incasòl, it has taken longer than usual. We understand your frustration, we have done everything in our power, with the tenant being the one who did not comply with their requirement to return the property before the contract ended. The tenant is neither known to us nor works for us; even if they were, we would have handled the process with the utmost dedication.

Negative experience: I'm sorry but they are not professional at all because they agreed with us, for example: at 19:00 to make the payment and then they call me around 15:00 to say that someone came without an appointment or anything in the morning and that they signed with someone. Can someone explain this to me....!!!!
We regret your discomfort, but as was informed to you during the visit the previous day and subsequently in our office, and applying the owner's will, we cannot reserve the property without a deposit. In this case, the client you mentioned had already visited it and made the reservation in the morning, therefore we could not deny the option to reserve it as the property was available.

Negative experience: Me tuvieron engañada durante 5 meses en pandemia y me dijeron que me devolverían la fianza y que dependía del Incasol. He tenido que ir a un Juicio para ver si se hace justicia (después de 2 años). Posiblemente pierda más que la fianza, Independientemente solo busco justicia porque considero que nosotros los inquilinos somos la parte más débil en una relación contractual
Como se le ha informado en varias ocasiones, la persona que posee la fianza y con la que ha tenido un proceso judicial ha sido con el propietario, ya que la fianza va directa del Incasol a la cuenta del propietario, y dado que no alquiló el inmueble con nosotros, sino que lo hizo con otra agencia, no tenemos ninguna responsabilidad sobre su fianza. Nos tomamos muy en serio la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y trabajamos todos los días para brindar el mejor servicio posible, por lo que nos entristece ver esta reseña injustificada que solo busca dañar nuestra imagen gratuitamente.
Negative experience: Unos impresentables en todo lo que se refiere a la gestión de alquileres, ¿vale? Mi madre les dejo el piso de Vilassar de mar para la gestión del alquiler y resulta que no piden fianza para cubrir posibles desperfectos, abusos en el consumo de la luz, agua, gas y mi madre tuvo que hacer frente a esos pagos más los 300 €. que salieron de su bolsillo para arreglar la persiana, las 10 almohadillas entre otras tantas cosas y cual fue la respuesta de esta gente : todo eso ya lo cubrirá con el dinero que le ha ido pagando la inquilina. Que fácil resulta ganar 250 €. de comisión sin poner absolutamente nada, ¿no? Mi consejo es que antes de dejarles a esta empresa su vivienda en alquiler es que todo lo cuadren sino quieren llevarse una desagradable sorpresa cuando finalice el contrato con el inquilino, inquilina o los inquilinos.
Se equivoca de inmobiliaria, nosotros solo gestionamos en Mataró, por lo que es imposible que haya sido clienta nuestra, esperemos corrija su reseña.

Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia con Tecnocasa fue inmejorable. Desde el primer contacto, Javier se puso a fondo con mi apartamento. Había mucha presión porque me urgía mucho la venta. Empezó a traerme algunas visitas (pocas, pero de mucha calidad). Al final lo vendimos a quien cumplía con las mejores condiciones, pero cabe destacar que hubo otros interesados a quienes también les interesaba comprarlo. Además, Pol y Javier me ayudaron hasta el final con todos los trámites de mi banco, pasando por el contrato de arras y notaría. Mi venta incluia piso loft y plaza de garaje. Desde un inicio me mostré muy escéptico a vender bajo exclusiva, creía que si llegaba la venta íba a demorar mucho. Y al final, para mi sopresa, fue justo lo contrario. Elegí la mejor opción de todas. Por ello, recomiendo Tecnocasa 100%.

Negative experience: Gente sin escrúpulos. Intentaron engañarnos desde el primer momento con sus propuestas de financiación. Con una visita tuvimos suficiente.
El intermediario financiero al que usted se refiere asesora a los clientes que lo desean para ofrecerles información hipotecaria, por ello le invitamos a pasar por la oficinas para poder solucionar su malestar.

Fantastic experience: No hay nada mejor que la juventud y la profesionalidad unidas. Desde el primer momento que nos paramos frente al escaparate de Tecnocasa, salió a nuestro encuentro Martin, que pese a su juventud, nos atendió de forma impecable y profesional. En el proceso se añadió Pol, responsable comercial y entre los dos nos atendieron y guiaron durante la compra, la cual, por motivos ajenos a Tecnocasa, tuvo muchas complicaciones.
