Negative experience: Honestly very disappointed with this real estate agency, especially with Berta, very incompetent in their dealings, they hide documentary information which causes impressive problems to the point of calling the legal department. I think it's a shame, not to say deceit or outright theft what they are doing. They are falsifying documents in order to take their sales commission...

Negative experience: After a total waste of time and a lot of money, all I can say is that I would never trust this agency again. I feel affected financially as well as psychologically... what you could call thieves.

Negative experience: Mrs. Neus from this real estate agency is a completely incompetent person in her job, lacking the most basic notions for her performance. Fortunately, this agency has stopped managing our property because the little time they did has resulted in a true disaster. Missing money from the property, dozens of emails and calls without any response, and terrible personal manners. I do not recommend this property at all.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience, in a year of renting and a house supposedly fully repaired, maintenance had to be called on 8 occasions, with no resolution of the problem. Be careful! They do not return the deposit, attributing deficits that are structural. Shameful and dishonest.

Negative experience: The worst of the worst. Absolute disorganization in property management. They have caused us big problems with supply providers, etc. I do not recommend this API at all. Be very careful!!

Negative experience: I am very, very upset with this agency. They only look out for the property owners, and hardly at all for the tenants. Since these are properties that they rent out quite often, they find it convenient to keep the owners happy so that they don't leave the agency... in short, they only care about their own benefit, and the tenant doesn't matter to them at all. It's truly horrible, I do not recommend it at all.

Fantastic experience: He vendido recientemente una casa en Vilassar de Dalt, la profesionalidad y el tesón que han puesto en hacer el trabajo ha sido digno de admiración, la venta de realizó en julio, las visitas acertadas con clientes potencialmente compradores, ni una sola molestia, en el momento de la firma se ocuparon absolutamente de todo, la post venta con los nuevos propietarios y conmigo ha sido impecable, llevo muchos años en el sector y se reconoce en seguida el buen hacer del equipo, un millón de gracias a Laura, Ricard y al resto de la oficina.
