Negative experience: My experience with URBENIA can be summed up in FOUR LOST MONTHS. We contacted them to sell a property and everything seemed very correct. They mentioned the possibility of exclusivity with them for 4 or 6 months. They 'sell' you that with this exclusivity, URBENIA will take photos and a virtual tour to expedite the sale of the property, and if they see no movement of visits, they will contact you to see what is failing. During the four months, the only ones who called were us, to lower the price of the property seeing that there were no visits. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT WAS AGREED WITH THE VIRTUAL TOUR, and when the exclusivity ended and we called to not continue with them, the next day we received a message from María José to schedule a visit... What a coincidence, right? Then the day came for the visit, and after keeping us waiting for more than an hour from the agreed time, I sent María José a message to check if they were coming, and after another fifteen minutes, she replied via message that they were NOT coming. They don't even know how to notify!!! And to this day, more than a week later, that is the only thing I know about them. The only thing I can say about them is that they are an unprofessional and irresponsible company.

Negative experience: We have been waiting for more than 5 months for a modification to the deposit contract of Brises del Maresme and it has not arrived. The customer service is very poor.
