Negative experience: Real estate agency not recommended at all. They sell apartments as first quality (a lie, many things like reused bathroom furniture). And then there is the case of the traps, as in our case: They set a trap with the promoter of the property (BENJAMIN SALAZAR), and at the time of signing, we found ourselves between a rock and a hard place and had to sign to avoid losing the money we had given as a deposit. I say we had to sign and in the meantime we lost (€3600) accumulated from the rental apartment with an option to buy. By the way, they raised my rent by €300 overnight without warning as a penalty for signing the mortgage late (which was the bank's fault). I repeat, not recommended at all.

Negative experience: People, be very careful with this agency. They have stolen €1000 from my grandfather. The salesperson will first communicate that they want a down payment if you are going to buy, and will tell you that the money, in case you stop buying, you won't lose it. Once they receive the money, they won't even pick up your calls. This is the biggest scammer I have ever seen in my life. We will have to make a post on TikTok to reach the majority of buyers to prevent this scammer from getting money from poor people who trust everyone like my poor grandfather. People will tell you in words that if you back out, you won't lose the money. And once they receive the money and you can't take out more, they won't even answer your calls or messages. Don't give them money once it goes into their pocket. I hope I have protected many buyers.

In our case, we were looking for a tenant to rent an apartment and ended up with a delinquent who not only didn't pay us but also destroyed the apartment and made life impossible for the neighbors. No one can foresee a case of delinquency, but the agency hid from us that the 'a priori ideal tenant' had issues paying the deposit, a fact that if we had known would have led us to automatically dismiss him. Negative experience: Pésima gestión!! Valoración 1 y porqué no está la opción de 0. No comprendo como una agencia inmobiliaria, de la cual presumen que llevan muchos años en el sector, sigue aguantando de cara al público. Cuando les toca una operación de compraventa en la cual tienen gestiones por hacer, no son resolutivos.

Negative experience: Persona prepotente a la que solo le interesa sacar dinero de una forma u otra. Desbordado con operaciones complicadas. Cuidado con ellos, no son de fiar.
