Negative experience: SCAMMERS AND SPECULATORS. I rented an apartment that didn't even have the gas installation checked. And A THOUSAND MORE WORKS that I've had to live with in 4 months of renting. Putting me in danger with the poor conduits of certain installations and the condition of the interior furniture that is not visible during the viewing. I’ve been undergoing renovations for 4 months (the duration of my rental contract before I terminated it, HAVING TO HIRE A LAWYER). The managers of the property hadn’t even entered the apartment when I had been there for 1 month. The salesperson was great. You told me you were not property managers, but just mediators at your own will. Carlos, the director, told me they only "market the product." In other words, pocketing money without checking the conditions in which an apartment is rented out. SHAMEFUL AND 0 PROFESSIONAL. We confirm: speculators and scammers. They sent two groups of "professionals" to work on the apartment (which should have been done before putting the home for rent) who did everything poorly. The installations were not legally done and verified, among other things.. The carpenter, threatening my mother with a saw in his hand. I’m sure they were NOT qualified professionals. Not even with a contract, because sending them on weekends and holidays and at the prices they charged, I have my doubts. The property management ignores EVERYTHING. Blaming the owner of the apartment, rightly so. But the property management, knowledgeable in the field and with their technical knowledge, is guilty. THIS IS HOW THE WORLD GOES. The mediation between owner and tenant has been a farce, as the interests of the property management aligned with those of the owner. Thus, I, the tenant, was forgotten. And I have felt that way. I am still waiting for a response to an email I sent 2 months ago asking for an explanation. During the key handover and the return of my deposit (along with my lawyer), we met at the apartment with Carlos (property director) and it was the first time he entered the apartment. He greeted me, but didn't open his mouth, not even to mutter minimal apologies. Honestly, a horrible experience.
Hello Helena. I understand that you are using this space to try to tarnish our company instead of addressing it directly with the owner. We will not go into detail about some of your explanations; to know how we work, you should just read the rest of the comments we have here and our way of working. We have spent a thousand hours trying to make things work, mediating between you and even putting money from our side (we haven't told you this because it's not our way of working). It couldn't be done. We have neither charged for all that mediation that was beyond our responsibilities, nor have we charged or will we charge for our mediation with your lawyer, who is a true professional. But I insist, if this has helped you to vent and to look for someone to blame for your lack of understanding, then we accept it; that's what these tools are for. Tomorrow we would do it the same way again: trying to make you get along, mediating between you, making our professionals available to fix things any day at any hour, talking with all parties on Sundays and holidays, facing everything... we would do it all the same way again. Even with someone like you. Here we are; whenever you want, you are invited to have coffee and discuss everything that has happened with the owner. Calle Argentona, 12. One star because even though you cannot charge fees to the tenant when the owner of the apartment is a company and I imagine that, if you dedicate yourselves to this, you know it very well, you do. And when it is told to you that this is not legal, do not rent the apartment. If you want, I will give you 5 stars and mention it to the Mossos instead of doing it through this channel. For now, you have been lucky and I have been too lazy to do it.

Negative experience: Como a mucha gente le ha pasado, quedaron conmigo para enseñarme un piso y luego no aparecieron. Los llamé cinco veces y la chica me llamó a las diez de la noche porque le habia dejado cinco llamadas perdidas. Me dijo que habian cogido 4 reservas de personas distintas para el mismo piso, cosa que no me parece muy ética. No solo dejan a la gente tirada sin avisar sino que son descuidados, hablan cosas que no deben y la chica una mentirosa profesional. Vergonzoso
