Negative experience: Very bad experience. We wrote to each other on WhatsApp about a property for sale. Bad responses and questions, I was going to pay in cash, I replied no. I wrote to them again and they replied 'already rita the singer'. I did not like the treatment at all.

Negative experience: I called to ask for information about an apartment and they told me they would call us to schedule an appointment in the order of calls because they had received many requests. Later, another person with a Catalan name called, and it turns out they did call her to give her an appointment, but not me. When you are excluded from the apartment viewing process without being given the opportunity to visit it because of your name, there is only one explanation: racism.

Hello Anna. I understand your discomfort after the owners did not return your deposit due to the years of accumulated dirt in the apartment they rented to you. It wouldn't be pleasant to see the bottoms of the toilets when you handed over the keys. That's not called mismanagement, it's called something else. I see you have time to leave reviews, but not for other tasks that you might need to spend more time on, like cleaning. Have a nice day.

El Francesc, a més a més de ser una gran persona, és un gran professional! Fa 10 anys ens va tramitar el lloguer del nostre pis i el destí va voler que ens tornessim a trobar per a la venta del mateix pis. Sí que es cert que va ser una venta difícil , sobretot per la situació econòmica del país, però en Francesc amb la seva gran professionalitat no va defallir i amb tota la seva empatia i proximitat va fer la venta com si fossim de la seva pròpia família. S'ha fet càrrec absolutament de tot (canvis de nom subministraments, anar a buscar notes simples, posar alarma mentre el pis era buit, gestionar i fer-se càrrec de que el pis estigués totalment en les condicions optimes per a la venta,...) Negative experience: Impresentables. Nada profesionales. Concerté una visita desde la web habitaclia para ver una vivienda, allí tienen un teléfono móvil desde donde hable con un hombre que me redirijo a una señorita con la que concrete fecha y hora para hoy. Antes de ir he llamado para confirmar, y ya no cogía el teléfono. Una vez esperando en el lugar seguía sin coger las llamadas, ya pensando que era una posible estafa me he ido del lugar, mientras , he llamado a la inmobiliaria para volver a comprobar y allí me dicen que van a llamar a la chica. Que vuelva al lugar. Me llaman 2 minutos después me dicen que está aparcando. Vuelvo al lugar y espero más tiempo. Después de un rato vuelvo a llamarles porque justo hay un sitio delante de la vivienda y les digo, en pocas palabras que me están engañando. Me dicen que estaba en camino que no me había cogido las llamadas porque estaba en el coche. Una vez me marcho de allí me llama esta señorita de muy malas maneras que ya está allí. Diciendome que habíamos quedado a 16'45, de todas maneras era mas tarde, le digo que no es cierto y me contesta que para ella no tenía sentido porque tenía visitas después, como si eso para sí lo tuviese. Diciendome que estaba equivocada en todo momento a la defensiva y de una manera desagradable. Le digo que mi tiempo es valioso y no voy a volver, llevo más de 30 minutos bajo el sol(según ella, no hace sol a las 16:30 de la tarde en julio en los molinos). En vez de decir abiertamente que ha sido una confusión se ha dedicado a atacar cada palabra que yo le decía, obviamente es algo que no voy a permitir, y aún se permite el lujo de decirme que con mi actitud tampoco me hubiera alquilado. Nunca Jamás volveré a concertar nada con esta inmobiliaria y no se la aconsejaría a nadie
Hola Laura .Soy el hombre...Me gustaria matizar tu relato.Primero: Ubicamos tu visita entre todas las que teniamos programadas a "calzador " porque el piso de 525 euros ,te interesaba muchisimo y lo querias ver si o si y te dijimos que serai dificil llegar a la hora exacta porque la chica no estaria en esa zona y aun asi palabras tuyas,esperarias.Cuando habian pasado tres minutos de la hora concretada estabas llamando a la oficina y diciendo que llegaba en dos minutos o que nos pondrias una reseña que lteralmente "os vais a cagar porque a mi me gusta mucho ponerlas" .Ante tal presion y despues de llamar dos veces mas ,estuvimos en contacto con la chica que respondio que no se podia saltar los semaforos en rojo ni poner el coche a 120 km/hora .Intentamos reconducir la situación ,diciendote que volvieras al lugar ,pero tu falta de respeto hacia nosotros ,ya no la podiamos permitir.La verdad es que debido a tu actitud ,preferimos no trabajar contigo .Disculpa las molestias.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que he conocido. Tras 20 minutos esperando en la puerta para visitar un piso, la agente aún estaba lejos del lugar y me dice que ya está alquilado. Llamo a la agencia para quejarme y segundos mas tarde la agente me llama enfadada y m dice "ya te he pedido disculpas, que quieres que te de dinero o algo?" Y a continuación me cuelga el teléfono. Qué poca profesionalidad y qué poco respeto!
