In addition to increasing the price due to all the commissions from the hands they pass through, they offer apartments with parking and storage included, but they do not inform them that all the parking spaces and storage rooms are occupied. They also do not mention the poor quality of the building materials.

Negative experience: Well, what can I say about this company... Horrible purchase... They are irresponsible... They want to sell me a home without an electrical or water certificate... I have to hire a private lawyer... So that I am not scammed... And still, they have done it, we have been in the house for 3 months and we still have no electricity... Especially Noelia and Carla, the worst... They don’t resolve anything, they just want to get rid of all the mistakes they've made... And they pass the responsibility from the technician to the real estate agency and here we are without electricity... A disgrace... And they should have sold me the house just to activate the utilities... I hope it gets resolved as soon as possible and that they all get fired since they have no professionalism.
