Negative experience: Not happy at all with this Agency, have rented a long term property, I’m living in the property now for 3 months , no leasing contract , no washing machine , no oven, no electricity for 2 weeks , I have paid more then 15.000€ for an old , deteriorated house, had to paint and restore many things, at the house paying more then 4000€ in exchange for a free month but now the agent said he or the owner never agreed to that….. so not happy at all with the way they work.!!

Negative experience: Poor service and lack of professionalism. When I asked to schedule a visit to a property for sale and explained my preferred time (7:30 PM from Monday to Friday), they first said yes, and then the colleague in charge of the visit simply refused to do it. They didn't offer alternatives or try to explore other options.

Hemos realizado una compra de una casa procedente de Aliseda la cual nos gestionaron de forma rápida y eficaz. Comunicación rápida, muy atentos y muy profesionales. Negative experience: Hemos perdido dinero y la vivienda debido al contrato firmado con ellos ya que el día antes de la firma de la escritura cancelaron la cita con notaría ya que empezaron a pedirnos documentación la cual podrían habernos pedido con mucha mas antelación.

Negative experience: Para mi dejan mucho que desear. Alquile un piso con piscina y gimnasio en octubre del año pasado. Estamos a junio y aún no tengo las llaves de la piscina ni del gimnasio ni de la puerta de entrada para el coche.
