Fantastic experience: Deze Real Estate is highly recommended if you are planning to invest or live in Marbella and its surroundings. Since everything is very different in Spain than in the Netherlands, professional advice and guidance are necessary if you don't want to get into trouble. I was very pleasantly assisted in finding the desired property, the legal and construction procedures. They are honest and transparent.

Negative experience: Grottenschlechter Service und absolut unprofessionelles Unternehmen! Dieses Unternehmen vermietet u.A. Apartments in Marbella an Touristen über Plattformen wie beispielsweise AirBnb. Wir haben vom 27.-30.6.22 eines dieser Apartments gemietet. Die Wohnung war dermassen schmutzig, dass wir gleich nach Ankunft eine Beanstandung erheben mussten. (siehe Fotos!) Viele Stunden danach, nach 22:00 Uhr Nachts wurde die Anfrage von Marbella Espacios dann mal beantwortet. Ein "Putzteam" käme am nächsten Tag vorbei zur "Inspektion und Reinigung". Das Team war da, ganze 20 Minuten, und hat genau NICHTS gereinigt. Im Gegenteil, die Küche war mit Wasser und Schaum überflutet, weil die Abwaschmaschine durch diese super Putzcrew falsch befüllt wurde. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir dann eine halblebendinge Kakerlake im Eingangsbereich und haben unsere Reise per sofort abgebrochen. Alle weiteren Nachrichten/Beanstandungen wurden von Marbella Espacios komplett ignoriert - eine höfliche Anfrage zu einer Teil-Rückerstattung von 20% via Buchungsplattform wurde vehement abgelehnt. Erst mit Nachricht von unseren Anwälten wurde eine Teil-Rückerstattung durchgesetzt. Fazit: Absolute Gauner, unprofessionelle und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter - nie wieder!!!
