Los conocimos al comprar un piso, y en el proceso, una plaza de garaje que llevamos un par de años para vender con otra inmobiliaria, Maikel se ocupo y en menos de un mes nos la ha vendido. Recomendables el trabajar con ellos, tanto para vender como para comprar.

Positive experience: A bittersweet experience. Jessica attended to us well at all times and facilitated the visit on several occasions, and for that, I have no complaints; good communication. On the other hand, I believe that there has not been a good management in some aspects of the purchase of our new home, as it had not had certain mortgages canceled that had already been paid, and it was discussed several times insisting that it would be canceled automatically, which was not the case; the seller's side should have canceled it in advance. On the day of the signing, a payment forecast had to be made, with the seller's side taking responsibility, but I think this should have been anticipated earlier.

Negative experience: Bastante decepcionada llevo más de dos meses intentando cuadrar con ellos una visita a una casa y siempre pasa algo y nunca podemos ir a verla , les hablo y no me contestan tengo que estar detrás de ellos nose parece que no quieren vender una pena porque estaba realmente interesada en esa casa

Negative experience: He recibido un trato muy poco profesional como cliente al alquilar una vivienda. Inicialmente nos dijeron que antes de firmar la reserva nos iban a asesorar sobre las ayudas al alquiler y los tipos de contrato disponibles. Al pagar los honorarios de la agencia no nos hicieron factura para ahorrarse el IVA, lo que es ilegal, y en lugar de asesorarnos nos dijeron que llamáramos a la comunidad de Madrid. Dijimos desde el primer momento que nos interesaría hacer el alquiler por habitaciones, pero después nos respondieron que habían hecho el seguro de impagos como si fuera un único contrato de alquiler y que no se podía modificar. En la documentación pusieron mal mi número de DNI. Una vez corregido eso tuvimos que firmar toda la documentación y enviarla antes de la entrega de llaves y la firma de la propietaria, lo cual no es para nada habitual. Y después de firmar el contrato, ¡nos enviaron otro porque se les había olvidado incluir algunas cláusulas! Solo les interesa cobrar los honorarios y hacer el mínimo trabajo posible sin escuchar tus dudas o peticiones. Y son tan chapuceros que cualquiera podría hacerlo mejor después de informarse 5 minutos por Internet.

Fantastic experience: Fue cambiar de inmobiliaria, irnos con Tizona y, en menos de quince días, tener el piso vendido. Hicieron muchas visitas, se vio mucho movimiento y en muy poco consiguieron los compradores. Gran trabajo de Jessica en especial y, por supuesto, de Marina y Soraya. Saben lo que se hacen, son proactivas en su trabajo. Excelente inmobiliaria.

Fantastic experience: Nuestra experiencia con la Inmobiliaria Tizona ha sido excelente. Desde Jara, la comercial que nos enseñó la vivienda todas las veces que fueron necesarias y con mucha paciencia (gracias a que nos animó a ver el piso, ahora es nuestra casa), hasta Marina que fue la que negoció el precio con los vendedores y nos consiguió un muy buen precio de compra y pasando por Matías, que nos realizó un estudio hipotecario completo y nos consiguió unas condiciones excelentes. No tuvimos que hacer nada más que seguir sus instrucciones y todo fue sencillísimo. Un gran equipo de trabajo con el que estamos muy contentos. Volveríamos a confiar en ellos sin duda.
