Fantastic experience: Trabajarían mejor si los delegados de zona escucharán a los agentes inmobiliarios. No puede ser que pretenda hacer ciertas inversiones y que los delegados de las entidades bancarias no den señales de vida

Negative experience: They give you very nice words. It seems like they care, but then they do nothing. I am behind a garage space due to a lien, supposedly they are the only real estate agency handling it and after a month of waiting, I have to call the bank to find out it has already been sold through another agency (when supposedly they were the only ones handling it). Definitely do not trust them, they are unprofessional and unethical. And in light of the response you give below, I reiterate what I say. You assured me that you exclusively managed the sale, and certainly, there was zero follow-up. I insist I was the one who had to speak with Diglo to know that it was already in the buying process because you had already been waiting a month for the eviction.

Fantastic experience: We recently bought a house in Consolación through this real estate agency. The experience was very good, both during the purchasing process and afterwards, when María José was attentive at all times to the subsequent management. Totally recommendable.

Negative experience: I called interested in renting an apartment on a Monday, and they took my phone number to arrange a meeting with the person who shows the apartments (they would call me that afternoon). I called on Wednesday, and they told me that the person couldn't because of travel... etc. and passed the note. I was waiting for them to call me back that same afternoon, and nothing happened. On the third time I called, Friday, they told me that it was already rented. At least they could have called to inform. 100% lack of formality.

Negative experience: Llame interesado para alquilar un piso un lunes , y me anotaron el tlf para quedar con la persona que enseña los pisos ( me llamaría esa misma tarde ) llame a el miércoles y me comentaron que no pudo por viajes… etc y pasaron la nota , estuve a la espera a que me devolvieran la llamada esa misma tarde y nada . A la tercera vez que llamo , viernes , me dicen que estaba alquilado. Por lo menos llamar y avisar. Informalidad 100%
