Presentas la documentación solicitada por la inmobiliaria y estas en contacto constante con ellos. Reservas cita a los dos días para entregar todo lo necesario, formalizar el contrato y cuando vas la cita te indican que ya lo han reservado sin previo aviso, jugando así con la ilusión de las personas. Un trabajo nefasto por su parte.

Fue una discusión larga pero clara, directa y transparente. Les di la exclusividad por 3 meses, acordamos el precio mínimo y después de haberles facilitado la documentación necesaria me olvidé de todo el proceso hasta el día del notario. El piso se vendió al cabo de 5 semanas, si entiendo bien a un cliente que tenían en su base de datos ya que operan en Arganzuela desde hace muchos años. Todo correcto, y el equipo bien gestionado por el dueño. Es la segunda vez en mi vida que vendo un piso, si tenéis las ideas claras es una agencia recomendable desde mi punto de vista.
