Negative experience: The ILLUSION of a reservation in 2021 at the cooperative 'PRADO DE LA ALAMEDA', where I was supposed to reserve a house with aerothermal energy, and 2 parking spaces for €181,000 + VAT turned out that the aerothermal energy now has to be paid separately, €300,000 to be divided among 126 neighbors, and that the second parking space is no longer included in the apartment, but we have to pay for it in a separate contract before the delivery of keys at the price of €24,000 + VAT (CAUSING A DISADVANTAGE TO ALL COOPERATORS WHO HAVE A 2ND PARKING SPACE). And that of the 20% initial payment we had to make and the 80% was a mortgage, we now have to pay 33%, and if not, they won’t give you the house. It has been a DISAPPOINTMENT and an economic situation in my case, and I think in the case of some others, quite complicated. Just a piece of advice for all those who decide to buy a house: before signing anything, consult with a lawyer, because it will be too late afterward. Regards.
