During our first visit to the property, there was a misunderstanding or lack of communication between them; we waited 45 minutes and in the end, there was no visit. It is true that they apologized, which is commendable, but not everything is bad. Alejandro provided us with some documents to sell our home without any obligation, while we were also purchasing a home through SIC. They are transparent, attentive, and flexible, especially Rodri, who is very nice. He came to pick us up from the other side of Leganés, very helpful, a great person. I give 4 stars because I think they didn’t empathize enough with us during the signing; there could have been some negotiation in between the buyer and sellers. But overall, we felt comfortable with SIC. I wouldn’t mind working with them again in the future. They will surely earn 5 stars. Thank you Alejandro and Rodri.
