Negative experience: Regrettable the service of this real estate agency. I was going to visit an apartment from the office on Calle de la Fuente, and the lack of manners and respect from Jose Antonio made me leave without seeing it, not to mention his colleague who butted in talking with the same lack of manners and the arrogance typical of selling in any cheap flea market, even confronting us by saying 'tell me to my face, let's see what happens' (terrible experience). So if you are a property owner and want to sell an apartment, look for another place. I have never received such a poor treatment in any real estate agency.

Negative experience: Half an hour into the visit, without hearing from them, thanks to my insistence I find out that the visit was canceled. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I ask for information about purchasing a home, a salesperson calls me and offers me Fuenlabrada (I had asked for another area). I am honest and tell him I have already looked at another apartment in that development, as you say you give 100% financing, if you evaluate me and it turns out I have the option I will go see it and thus no one wastes time. He asks how much I earn, tries to convince me for a family member to contribute a property free of charges and then tells me: well, you earn the same as two people so surely they will give it to you even though you have for the expenses and I say yes. He does the math and tells me the expenses are 25k I say it will be 19k and he says 'pretty' you have to pay the real estate agency commission. This is misleading advertising because you have to indicate who pays for what and now I am going to ask the owner if they charge him too and you want to profit double.
