The person who was there, without getting up from the table or asking me anything, told me that there was no apartment available. They must have thought I didn't fit the profile of someone who would buy. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Today I had an appointment to view a rental property at 7:30 PM. After having spoken this morning and confirming the appointment again. At 7:20 PM I receive a call telling me that the visit is canceled, as "I have too many documents". I understand from that that they have shown the apartment to many people and are tired. I find it unprofessional and rude to cancel an appointment 10 minutes in advance with the only response being, "If you want, I can show it to you next week." I have stopped my entire Friday afternoon to view an apartment that has been canceled on me without notice and without courtesy.

Negative experience: When writing this review, I don't feel good but rather compelled to express a situation that you never think professionals would have when selling a house. The situation is as follows: we contacted the real estate agency, and the representative was José. We visited the house for the first time to see and evaluate it; the treatment was cordial, and we expressed our opinion, which was understood. We arranged a second visit with the family to evaluate it better, and we clearly communicated our conditions at all times and made a financial offer, with which we would stay in touch to know the owner's response. *We were always told that he didn't like to overwhelm or pressure the client, that it wasn't his style. Days passed, and since they didn't get in touch with us, I decided to call him. Although his motto was not to overwhelm, I felt enough time had passed. His response was that the house was already reserved, and he apologized that he had forgotten to call us, all this after telling him our payment method and handling documentation that was given to him due to his cordiality with us. In short, everyone should be valued and rated by their actions.

She excuses herself by saying she deleted the documents, which had already been sent to the insurance, the identity of which I never found out because she didn't respond to that either. THERE IS A DATA PROTECTION LAW, be more professional. It was very wrong on my part to have sent them and I take responsibility for trusting some previous customer reviews of 4.8 for reliability in the real estate agency.

Negative experience: Tras quedar con ellos en día y hora no asisten a la cita. Nos ponemos en contacto con ellos y quedamos para el día siguiente, nos informan en el mismo día que aplazan la cita pero que nos confirman hora, todavía estamos esperando la llamada. En este impasse de tiempo suben el precio en idealista en 2 ocasiones. Falta de profesionalidad total. La vivienda no la hemos llegado ni a ver.
