I was interested in a property and due to very poor management from the salesperson, Diego, I was somehow inexplicably skipped over, giving the property on Poeta Blas de Otero Street to another person who arrived later and offered less money. I also feel sorry for the owner who is probably not fully aware that they have been harmed. Poor management and a bad way of resolving issues. I will absolutely not deal with them again.

Negative experience: It is the worst real estate service I have ever witnessed, lacking professionalism and being unethical; they do not know how to meet the client's needs. In short, unsatisfied customer. I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: The rental situation is outrageous. What this real estate agency is asking for is illegal, no matter how much they try to hide it with euphemisms. The legal practice is to ask for one month's rent as a deposit, not one month's rent plus one for a guarantee and another for services (which they impose on you and that you neither requested nor want). This is called taking advantage of others' needs. Not to mention that they ask for your bank statement, which is completely illegal. Shameful and disgraceful. I hope those who violate the law in this way are sanctioned as they should be.

Negative experience: They put up an ad for an apartment in Valdemoro asking for 4 deposits plus a security deposit, and that when leaving the apartment, only 2 deposits could be recovered. This is illegal and should be reported (which I will do), as only one deposit can be requested at most. These types of fraudulent real estate agencies are what are creating the inflation in Madrid and should be illegal. I am updating the review after the response to the message below: a worker from that real estate agency called me recognizing that it was indeed 4 deposits and I told him it was illegal and he started insulting me, calling me a 'hick'. A real shame and on top of that liars and rude, their time as scammers will soon come to an end.

Fantastic experience: I trusted this real estate agency to rent an apartment because from the very first moment the person who contacted us inspired confidence. In the end, the apartment they showed us was taken by someone else, but I want to say that the deposit they asked us for, without pressuring us to make it (200€), took them a few hours to refund. I am writing this review in case it is useful for someone. I am seeing that most real estate agencies are a scam, so I believe this fact speaks volumes about this company.

Like in this case, where they ask for 4 deposits and they don't even return them in full once you leave the property. Negative experience: Very poor management, they make you reserve according to their app with 200 €, but in reality, they deduct 220 € from the account without having seen the property. In my case, it wasn't like the pictures, and they only refunded me 200 €; they kept 20 €. Very bad, very bad; let it be of use to them.

Negative experience: Scam agency. They try to charge the tenant the agency fee when the new housing law prohibits it. The trick is that they sneak in mandatory legal advice as a service (coincidentally matching one month of rent, curious conscience). They do whatever it takes to ensure the landlord doesn't pay and thus avoid their scheme collapsing. I edit this in response to the real estate agency's reply: those management services for the agency fee belong to the landlord under the new housing law of 2023. I understand it's easier to disguise those costs with another name to bypass the law and prevent landlords from setting the rent themselves, making the tenant pay the agency fee under different concepts. But as I said, those costs you mention belong to the landlord, no matter how many twists you try to give it. You are violating the law. You should reconsider your practices. Thank you, but you won't see a dime from my pocket.

Negative experience: Avoid this real estate agency!!! We contacted them for the sale of an apartment with my parents and it was a total nightmare. The 'arras' contract leaves much to be desired as it contains clauses that only benefit the agency and leave both the buyer and the seller defenseless. They charge the commission before the purchase is signed at the notary, and if problems arise... once they have been paid, they completely wash their hands of it. We had the contract reviewed by a lawyer who said he had never seen a contract with such characteristics, but that since we had signed it, we had to pray everything would turn out fine. (I show the contract with the conditions to anyone who asks me privately) My parents, at 72, trusted the agent's words and when we realized, they had gotten themselves deeply involved in endless problems. When there is a problem, it is completely impossible to get any help. José is the worst of all; when problems arose with the buyers, he completely distanced himself since the agency had already been paid before the sale was signed. Moreover, José is capable of telling you that half of his family is hospitalized to avoid solving the issues. All for the sake of collecting a commission. Just when we thought everything was over, we received a bill from a small company that they supposedly managed to transfer to the new buyers, which they haven't done either. I insist, I have no problem showing all the contracts privately to those who want to see how this real estate agency operates. Message me privately.
