Negative experience: Sorprendida es lo menos que puedo decir. Mi pareja le confía el piso a esta agencia y, en el ultimo alquiler, descubro que nuestro inquilino se ha ido del piso dejando las llaves en el buzón (con el acuerdo de la agencia) sin que absolutamente nadie de la agencia pase a comprobar el estado de la vivienda. Creí que pagábamos comisión para tener asistencia de entrada y de salida. Resultado, cosas rotas, piso sucio y facturas impagadas. Quisiera saber cuál es el rol de la agencia?
