Negative experience: Pathetic, when trying to signal the property at the advertised price, it was not respected. They quoted us a price 11,000 Euros higher. Lack of seriousness and credibility.

Negative experience: Nulos, incompetentes. No dejaría que vendieran mi casa y espero que nadie más lo haga. Experiencia nefasta. Usan técnicas de presión hacia el vendedor y no cumplen su palabra. Nefastos profesionales.

Negative experience: Mi conclusión tras un año de alquiler en un piso gestionado por Ágil, si eres propietario tienes un chollo con ellos, no les pagas y van a buscar que vaya todo lo mejor posible para ti. Si por el contrario vas a alquilar, busca otra agencia, no son capaces de redactar un contrato de alquiler, les da igual si te devuelven o no la fianza, y lo peor no son nada claros con las condiciones a pesar de ser tú quien les paga.
Lamentamos su descontento, pero siempre procuramos resolver las dudas y cuestiones antes de la firma del contrato. Está en nuestro mejor interés que la experiencia sea la mejor tanto para el propietario como para el inquilino, resolviendo todos los asuntos que puedan ocurrir. Un saludo.
