Negative experience: If you are going to sell an apartment with this agency, run away from it; it is disastrous, especially from Javier, who takes advantage of humble people. I will share my case: I had a seller for my apartment, I already had a new house, and I made a reservation. I had one week left for the signing of the new house and mine. I'm informing you here so that you don't go through the same thing that happened to me. I already smelled something wrong, and Javier told me it would go well, but nothing went well. This happened the week of August 5th to August 9th. I have lost everything; I haven't sold my house, and I have also lost the new house. Above all, it's that I trusted him, and I knew him. You can't trust anyone.
Good afternoon, we regret what happened and understand that you may hold me (Javi) accountable, but thinking it through, I am not to blame and I explain what happened so that anyone who reads this understands both sides. The documentation for the house was processed as it was officially protected and we had to verify documents to sell it; we published it and conducted visits. A buyer was found who wanted the apartment. We negotiated and accepted the earnest money documents with deadlines for signing; a deposit was made, just like you did with the home you were interested in. When we had everything ready at the notary, the buyer said she didn't need a loan but a few days earlier told us she couldn't buy because she was moving to another location outside the Community of Madrid, just like you; she lost the deposit given in this process. Having explained all this here, I do not understand why you say that I am the guilty one when I have genuinely done the work I was supposed to do. We all end up losing... you lose your deposit, and I lose my fees for the work carried out, which other real estate agencies would have already charged you for, and you would have lost the deposit and money for work that (according to you) has not been done. They would have already collected everything and washed their hands. We are not like that; we charge once the processing has been carried out to the end. I still believe that we are not at fault, and if you think I am the one to blame, I can no longer do anything else. Let’s hope to work together again and that the processes can reach a successful conclusion. Best regards.

Hello Alberto, we spoke on July 3rd and informed you about the property. We asked you to confirm the visit the day before, but when we called, you didn't answer to schedule it. On Thursday, without confirmation, you went to the property, and once there, we did not receive any call from you. If you had contacted us, we could have found a solution, like meeting at a certain time to do the visit... we keep calling you and you continue not to answer, and on top of that, you hang up on us. Negative experience: Un primer contacto por mail con mis datos y nada.... Llamada a la oficina de Fuenlabrada y nadie contesta y mensaje en el contestador... Llamada al movil del trabajador de Fuenlabrada y no contestan... Al fin contacto con otro numero y es la "central". Me toman loa datos y dicen que se los pasan a la oficina de Fuenlabrada. Pasan los dias y nadie se pone en contacto. Insisto e los telefonos de contacto y dejo nuevos mensajes. Ya han pasado 2 semanas y nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. Por desgracia situaciones parecidas me han venido pasando con otras inmobiliarias.

Además se encargaron de negociar el precio con el vendedor y no sólo la coseguimos más barata sino que además se encargaron del papeleo y de la financiación. Todo muy rápido y en unas pocas visitas. Negative experience: Unos autenticos sinvergüenzas. Robaron las fotos del piso que teniamos a la venta en Fotocasa, y lo pusieron en su portal sin permiso y a un precio mas bajo. Sólo lo quitaron bajo amenaza de denuncia. Timadores de mucho cuidado!

Negative experience: Sois unos auténticos sinvergüenzas, engañais a las personas, desde mayo asegurando que teníais comprador y citas en notaría por 3 veces para firmar, sin tener ni siquiera financiación para el cliente, con tal de no perder la venta.Pobres de los propietarios que pongan su piso en vuestras manos, sabéis que se os va a denunciar. Sois unos usureros , que jugáis con las ilusiones de las personas y con su dinero, habéis hecho perder a 3 familias mucho dinero. Por favor no caigáis en sus manos, son lo peor, huid de ellos.
Positive experience: Nuestro caso fue totalmente diferente.Los compradores del piso ke vendiamos tambien necesitaban financiacion, y en dos meses estabamos firmando escrituras.
