They had just posted a flat, I called immediately to see it, they didn't give me an appointment, they told me that a salesperson would call me back to give me an appointment. I insisted they give me an appointment, and she assured me that a salesperson would definitely call me. She called me the next day to offer me another flat..... speechless.

Negative experience: We booked an apartment for rent by paying a 500 euro deposit, as we were assured that by paying, the apartment was 100% ours. After a few days of calling, with no one answering the phone and no news about the apartment, we were told that they had given it to someone else... Moreover, it took us another week to get our money back. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend anyone to deal with these people.

I asked her if it was because they already had a full schedule and she said no. I then begged them to give me an appointment and she assured me that a salesperson would definitely call me. She called me back after two days to tell me that the apartment had been sold and offered me a ground floor..... speechless.

Negative experience: Terrible and not advisable, you call them and they don't even return your calls or WhatsApps, bad experience. (((After a year they reply to me and on top of that they're lying))) what I say is terrible and not advisable. And after a year you even remember the documentation you delivered, you are a beast.

Negative experience: I called a couple of times to visit an apartment I was interested in. They took all my information and it was always the same: 'we will call you.' They neither called nor replied to WhatsApp.

Negative experience: REVIEW RESPONSE: I made it very clear that my rent was from when I STARTED my salon. They were aware of this prior to asking me for the €500 reservation fee. I have nothing to gain by lying in a review, I am just sharing my truth about how badly they treated me. There are plenty of other reviews about this place to read. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this real estate agency. Initially, they suggested I visit a rental property that fit my preferences in terms of price. Due to work commitments, my parents had to represent me during the visit, while I participated via video call. The property seemed suitable to me, and after the visit, we were told that to express interest, we had to go to the office and leave a deposit of €500. We were assured that the reservation had been made and that no more visits would take place, which gave me hope of obtaining the rental. I immediately sent the required documentation. However, to my surprise, I discovered that the property had been listed on Idealista. When I contacted the agency (the same day of the visit), they justified the listing as a measure for the owner to verify that the property had been shown, despite the fact that I had already paid the deposit that same day (Friday), and the ad remained up until Sunday. When I communicated with them by phone, they told me that my declared rent showed a negative balance, as I am self-employed and my initial income does not fully reflect my current earnings (rent from the year I started with the salon). Besides telling me that they would send the documents anyway, they also indicated that they would require additional documents (model 130), which I only found out because I called them myself; otherwise, I would have continued believing that the documentation I initially provided was more than enough. After a call that did not resolve my doubts, I decided to call Gabriel on Monday, who is responsible for the paperwork for the apartment. Although he initially did not answer, he finally informed me that the documents had been submitted, but my application was not accepted. It is evident that the agency was aware of this situation since Friday. My indignation does not stem from the rejection of the apartment, but from the way they played with my time and my money, which I consider inappropriate. The only good thing I can highlight about the real estate agency is Nahir's kind and professional treatment.

Negative experience: Renting a home is complicated, navigating through all the documentation that appears in the contract in addition to the economic deposit you have to leave as a bond... 2 months. At this moment you trust the sales assistant who kindly attends to you. You trust and verify the information... it seems that everything is correct and sufficient. The serious problem arises when you communicate that you are leaving the apartment. You arrange to do the inventory and damage review with the owner and that pleasant sales assistant... The owner does not show up, the sales assistant reviews a contract that does not correspond to the inventory of the apartment. The inventory is readjusted to reality, but the worst is yet to come... You sign, and days later they tell you that they will not return the full deposit because they have sent a cleaning team, the toilet cistern is not working properly... and other small corrective measures... a total of almost 500 € including VAT. You ask for the invoices to validate that those measures they told you have really been corrected after the deadline. Also, you want to see in whose name those invoices are because they have been paid by the tenant with the bond money, therefore they must be in the name of the tenant, not in the name of the owner. So you keep waiting to see what deposit they are finally going to transfer to your account. Let's hope the story ends as well as it started and that both the sales assistant and the owner are responsible with their obligations.

Negative experience: A terrible experience with this real estate agency, specifically with the Santa Eulalia agency (the closest to the courts). I feel completely deceived by Francisco and his commercial; they only sought to pressure me into buying an apartment that did not have the square meters they claimed, and after noticing that it was not a good purchase for the area, they decided to continually harass me and be insistent for me to buy that property. I asked them kindly to wait because I was having doubts about the area of the apartment... They never helped me decide well; they only pretended to want to collect their commission from that sale. I did not buy it and they kept my deposit, being extremely unfair because I mentioned to them that I was still looking for another apartment in a better area. They didn't even tell me that I could reserve the deposit; instead, they said I would lose it... Anyway, this has never happened to me with any agency. The house has informed me how to make a deposit under conditions, Grocasa offered me an excellent deal, but these gentlemen are not professionals at all... Disappointing my experience with them and I assure you that I will not recommend this experience to any of my friends or sisters who are looking for an apartment just like I am!

Negative experience: The cost of the fees for renting an apartment through them is €1742, the service offered is to show me the apartment in 5 minutes and then asking me to leave because there was another person waiting. Abusive fees for a rental apartment of €1200.

On time, we were shown the apartment with the tenant inside, so we could ask questions and get answers. After viewing the apartment comes the typical question: 'the requirements.' Typical, the last 3 payslips and a permanent contract. Something that both of us have no problems with. According to the agent, nothing else. We liked it and went directly to the office where we made a deposit of €500 and delivered all the documents that same night. About two days later, we saw that the ad was gone and we didn't know anything, so we called the agent who told us that the apartment was ours, that everything was moving forward, and that's why it had been removed from the website. Time passed, and they started saying that the owner had problems with the apartment's insurance since they wanted us to be permanent for a year. We mentioned that I had been working in that job for years and that due to the contract, they couldn't make me permanent until the other one ended because otherwise, I would have completed a year already. The agent said he would tell the owner something. Nothing, their only solution was to offer us more unfurnished apartments (which was not what we were looking for) and more expensive ones. When we replied that we didn't want furnished ones, they could only say, 'You can buy them and then sell them on Wallapop.' Unbelievable. If from the very beginning they had known the requirements and told us about the one-year permanent contract, we wouldn't have even been motivated or reserved. Everything was terrible, so be careful.

Negative experience: Desepcionante agencia publican los pisos vas allá y llamas y dicen k te van avisar la próxima semana la k se encarga de los arquiler es y nunca te llaman ya me a pasado como con 4 pisos y nunca te llaman ni entiendo para k los publican si nunca llaman te anotan tus datos para archivarlos por si un día no pueden arquilar de verdad no pongan las personas de relajo a perder tiempo sean más eficientes porque de solución no tienen nada
