Negative experience: Our dealings with Maicasa were very chaotic and unfortunately, very detrimental for us. The in-person human interaction at the office with Tony and Maica was without objection. Without a doubt, they present themselves as very friendly people willing to help you find your needs. However, the interaction outside the office (in our case) was very disastrous and very harmful to us as potential tenants. With Maicasa, we were twice on the verge of closing two different rental contracts. Both times, we were shown the apartment for rent, and when we were ready to sign the rental contract, we encountered a growing and increasingly implausible situation, theoretically unknown to them beforehand, where for different reasons we could not rent the apartment temporarily. Because of this, they offered us to wait for these situations to be resolved so we could secure these two apartments. In total, we spent more than two months pursuing them, during which they either did not respond through any means of contact or provided us with information that, rather than solving the situation, only prolonged it and ended up harming us as clients. The time wasted on our part was considerable, and we consider it our mistake to trust their word. All of this ended up with us receiving no response from Maicasa after they offered us the second apartment, even after getting their confirmation that if no problems arose, the apartment would remain ours. They simply stopped responding, and we were ignored without even receiving any negative response. We were ignored through any means of communication after trusting them during all this time, when all we expected was to know a simple and clear answer about whether we could keep the rental or not. We see this attitude as a huge lack of honesty and decency towards clients. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this real estate agency if the goal is to find a rental apartment. Thus, the treatment received during our management was ultimately very unprofessional.

Negative experience: They lack professionalism; after making a visit, they stopped answering both the phone and messages. We called many times, even showing up there, and they told us stories, but they didn't take even 2 minutes to tell us that they wouldn't rent us the property, as we waited a week for nothing... I give one star because you can't give less!!

He recibido durante cerca de 3 años un trato cercano, muy profesional y transparente de inicio a fin. Se denota la experiencia y el dominio que tienen en su campo. Han respondido siempre ante cualquier imprevisto que pudiera surgir y con un resultado muy satisfactorio. La mejor inmobiliaria hasta la fecha, estoy maravillada del trabajo tan exquisito que realiza el equipo de Maica y Toni. Recomiendo sus servicios con plena confianza.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia es penosamente mala. Lo resumiré lo mas breve posible: Firme un contrato con esta agencia sin tener documentación alguna ( ya que venia a Barcelona a estudiar y trabajar) Llegamos al acuerdo que le pagaría un año adelantado, mas meses de fianza y honorarios de su agencia, claramente. 8.000€ aproximados. Con el compromiso de que al momento que llegara el termino del contrato presentaríamos nominas y renovaríamos. Sorpresa al momento de llegar el termino el propietario informa que quiere vender el piso y que no nos renueva. Yo trabajo en esta área y para mi un compromiso es un compromiso, y lo que hizo la inmobiliaria fue no respetar un acuerdo sincero. Ya que Maica, la dueña sabia que buscábamos alquiler de larga estancia y nos dio ella misma esta opción de renovar luego. a mi parecer esta agencia es poco ética. Estoy tomando ya acciones legales, pronto nos volveremos a ver. Por lo que es una pena tener que escribir esta reseña. pero la idea es que esto no le pase a nadie mas. ACTUALIZO ¡¡¡¡ Cobrar honorarios adoptando un compromiso y luego al momento de renovar dices que ya no lo administras, me parece una burla... por gente como vosotros este rubro esta tan mal mirado en España. Por suerte tengo todos los respaldos, así que cuando quiera nos vemos.

Fantastic experience: La mejor agencia inmobiliaria de L'Hospitalet del Llobregat. Mas de 20 anyos de experiencia con foco en el barrio donde se encuentran. Gestion de ventas, alquileres y todo tipo de cuestiones relacionadas con las propiedades, tanto de uso privado como comercial.
