Negative experience: Abusive, since to visit an apartment (which suspiciously is below market price) a certain Albert has asked me as a 'basic' requirement to provide my personal documentation and even my last PAYSLIP! This borders on illegal according to the new data protection law, and at the very least it is an abusive practice where you give them your personal and financial data and they use it for their own interests later on, and I don't know if they even show you the apartment or tell you it's already reserved, I haven't gotten that far, but it's not normal. And all this is done over the phone, no WhatsApp, so there is no trace of their requests.

Negative experience: A lamentable service. I wrote to an ad to visit an apartment and the guy who assisted me (Albert) expected me to give him my latest payslips and my documentation without even having seen the apartment. He wanted me to go to the office to give him all that documentation when they have no right to ask for it. Be careful, and if they ask you for all that to visit an apartment, do not provide that information. They should not have your data if you are not going to sign any purchase contract or anything. I have visited many apartments and no real estate agency has ever asked me for all that; they simply call me and give me the appointment to go to the apartment. Very disappointed with this real estate agency. I certainly will not look at any apartment with them.

Negative experience: My experience has been disastrous. Don’t even think about renting any property. At first, they are all kindness in person and over the phone. At the end of the contract, they wouldn’t answer the phone, and it was useless to request a call via email. The second deposit, after a long process where they had to settle issues that they prolonged despite us being on top of it, has not been closed and erroneously in favor of the property owner after 3 months. For a small repair in the kitchen, they took the opportunity to fix another issue with the oven, which was already malfunctioning when we moved in, charging us for the labor and invoicing it not under the tenants' name but under the property owner's name. Overall, it has been a ridiculous experience with arrogant people, and in the end, we came out losing... if you don’t want problems, avoid them.

Negative experience: I am dedicated to renovations, and I have dealt with many agencies over the past few years. The one who attended to me is by far the most unpresentable and incompetent I have seen in all these years. Asking me how much money I move, how much I have in the bank, etc. I recommend to the agency that if you intend to sell something, perhaps you should put competent people to deal with clients, since they live off people like us and not put the first scarecrow for minimum wage just to cover the formalities.
