Negative experience: When I saw the extremely high number of positive reviews, over 500, I made an appointment to evaluate my property with them because that suggested they are excellent. When I met the advisor, whose name I won't mention for privacy, I was surprised by his lack of knowledge of the area and the way he belittled my property, and his valuation was 60,000 euros lower than that of another real estate agency that has been in the market for over 20 years.

Negative experience: Very friendly staff. But be careful with what they offer you, here they told me it was a studio apartment and that's how they listed it on Idealista. After putting down a deposit of 1,000, they tell me it’s a commercial space and doesn’t have the HABITABILITY CERTIFICATE, so you cannot live there. I told them I didn’t want to rent the property, and they have the nerve to tell me they won’t return the 1,000 euros if I don’t go ahead and rent the space. After renting the space, the ceiling started to come down. The space was resold to another owner who had all the problems; it seems very unfair to me!! After having a terrible experience and paying 600 + water and electricity, totaling 800 euros a month, and that even the real estate agency that made me pay the fees washes their hands like Pontius Pilate!! The government came to check that I was not living there because the property had been occupied for two years. Be careful with this agency, they are very sketchy!!!!
