Negative experience: I went in search of information and advice, the attention in the office by two guys who assisted me was undoubtedly exquisite, which gave me quite a bit of confidence. The next day, one of the guys showed up at my house with an older man. The way this man addressed me was not pleasant at all. His arrogance, haughtiness, and the tone he displayed at all times made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He defined himself as a professional, but I believe he needs to work on his attitude towards clients... due to his behavior, he has lost a customer! A bit more humility and respect, sir.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with these gentlemen, very kind, very professional, and above all, very transparent and decent people. I want to add to my review that what I said earlier is the feeling these gentlemen give you, and then problems start to arise as the days go by. You realize that what they sold you was not like that. On the same day of the purchase, I went to change the utilities to my name, and it turned out that it was not a name change; the water service was inactive and they reactivated it for me, and I received a bill for reactivating the service, which I found out about when the bill arrived and I called the water company. A week after the purchase, they called me asking for 100 euros that I owed to the owners for some old furniture that was in the apartment and that I had agreed on the price. Luckily, I never visited the apartment alone, and the sales representative who assisted me was always the same, and I was able to clarify that I had not agreed on anything with the owners. Finally, they told me on the day of the sale that they would pass me the contact of the community president, who, according to what appears online, the previous owner has to introduce to the new owner and communicate it to the community. I mentioned it like that, and they said they would speak with the owner and tell them to pass me the president's number. That never happened; a month later, they haven't even sent me the number. I updated my review in case it helps future clients so that everything is clear, and then they do not encounter problems.

Negative experience: Some thieves. I handed over the keys in the very house where the agent saw that everything was clean above all and in the condition in which I found it. He made me sign a contract termination paper and told me that everything was as we found it, so the owner of the house would return the deposit within a month. A month later, I contacted them and they told me that I had to manage it myself with the owner. I spoke with her and she refused to return my deposit, charging me for new furniture because according to her I had broken them and they squeaked (like, for example, the bed in the bedroom for which she charged me €319). I am going to report the owner because obviously, she has taken advantage of my deposit to furnish her apartment again. And the agency, well, they are some shameless people who ignore you once you sign the termination of the contract and wash their hands of everything.

In cases like this, where the landlord points out damages or deterioration in the property, our ability to intervene is limited. According to what the owner has informed us, the house was not in its original condition, which has led to the retention of the deposit.
