We had to sell an apartment in a very limited time frame; we had been working (and wasting time) with other real estate agencies that were not managing to make the sale and were 'burning' the apartment. Negative experience: La verdad que no dan la informacion correcta a los clientes vi un piso de alquiler di una paga y señal me comentan que hay un seguro de impago y que es el que decide pero no me informan que juego contra otros dos clientes que tambien habian dado paga y señal creo que cuando una persona da una señal se negocia con esta hasta el final no se ponen a 3 en la palestra logicamente siempre va ganar una pareja con dos nominas frente a 1 persona sola .....pero creo que tamb tengo derecho a adquirir una vivienda y las reglas del juego se explican por adelantado por lo menos la ilusion no se la tiran a la borda!mi sorpresa es que via wassap me dicen q me lo deniegan propongo un aval y otra nomina me dicen que no que ya se lo han dado a otra persona NEFASTO! QUE EXPLIQUEN LAS REGLAS DEL JUEGO CON MAS TRASPARENCIA.....deja mucho que desear esta manera de negociar....no lo habia visto nunca!
Apreciada Sra Duran: Vaya por delante nuestra más sincera disculpa, tiene toda la razón.A raíz de la ley de "mesures urgents en materia de contenció de rendes en els contractes d´arrendament d´habitatges" la vivienda que Vd. menciona se anunció con un precio sensiblemente inferior al que tenía en el arrendamiento anterior y hubo un aluvión de llamadas, (más de 100 en un día) y de visitas, (12 en el primer día). Ese mismo día recibimos tres reservas mediante transferencia y la documentación de los interesados, que se pasó análisis de riesgo por instrucciones de la propiedad. Al desestimarse la suya, se pasó a la siguiente que se aprobó.Efectivamente detectamos, un fallo en el protocolo de actuación y a partir de ese día solo se acepta una reserva por vivienda, no mediante transferencia sino en nuestras oficinas para evitar duplicidades y la consiguiente desagradable situación para alguno de nuestros clientes.Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas y agradecemos nos haya hecho llegar su comentario que nos confirma nuestra decisión de revisar el protocolo. Somos una empresa de servicios y nos debemos a nuestros clientes.
Negative experience: Todo muy bien pero cuando llega la hora de que el propietario devuelva la fianza no son tan profesionales. Deberían de cuidar más a los inquilinos y apoyarlos más en ese aspecto
Lamentamos su situación pero Gamimar Servicios Inmobiliarios, S.L. no administra la vivienda que Vd. ocupó como arrendatario.Comentarle que si bien la propiedad y el actual arrendatario aceptaron su baja, el contrato sigue vigente al haber el segundo arrendatario, con lo cual la fianza depositada inicialmente por ambos, sigue ligada al contrato vigente y el acuerdo de devolución de fianza es entre Vd. y el otro arrendatario, (la propiedad devolverá íntegramente la fianza una vez se extinga el contrato de arrendamiento). La fianza va ligada siempre al contrato de arrendamiento y éste sigue vigente. Debemos recordarle que cuando Vd. renunció al contrato fue mediante un escrito, dirigido a la propiedad, donde manifestaba textualmente: "con esta fecha, Don R.F.R. da por rescindido el contrato de arrendamiento suscrito con fecha -- de -- de --, sobre la vivienda ---, SIN NINGÚN DERECHO A NADA MÁS PEDIR NI RECLAMAR POR NINGÚN CONCEPTO" .Tenemos a su disposición copia de dicho escrito, y le aconsejamosresolver la situación de acuerdo con el pacto al que, tal y como nos manifestó, llegó con el actual arrendatario.Un cordial saludo.
