Negative experience: A strange real estate agent. I had to cancel my appointment due to work hours and notified them hours ago that I wouldn't be able to make it, and the house was right next to their office. I made an appointment the next morning to see the same house, with the same person named Robert. I arrived at the appointment after a 1-hour journey, and he canceled 5 minutes before the appointment without giving any reason. My calls and messages went unanswered. What kind of work ethic is this? Was it revenge because I canceled the day before? We are waiting for an explanation.

Fantastic experience: We bought an apartment through LH and this was our experience. After seeing approximately 100 apartments and contacting many real estate agencies, we found LH and Manuel. A very young and friendly guy, very serious, with all the info about the apartments, everything so complete that it honestly made us a bit distrustful. We were carrying a lot of what all the real estate agencies had told us, and Manuel told us: 'don’t worry, that won’t happen with me.' Indeed, after everything that buying an apartment entails, everything went super well. We had to review the contracts, commissions, clauses, etc. very carefully, but this needs to be done with all of them. Each change and adjustment we requested, Manuel did it for us immediately. He is very organized and honest. He accompanied us in everything until the last day. We recommend him and hope you have the same luck as we did!!

I was skeptical about real estate agencies, and from the beginning, I wanted to handle my case entirely myself, but I have to admit that MANUEL has changed my mind. Negative experience: SCAM - They try to charge agency fees to tenants, which is ILLEGAL. Recently, the agency informed me that I would have to pay real estate management fees even though it is a regular housing contract, which is illegal according to Article 20.1 of the Urban Leasing Law of May 2023: "The costs of real estate management and contract formalization shall be borne by the landlord." I requested additional information via WhatsApp, and the agent confirmed in writing that it was a regular housing contract. When I specifically asked about the fees, the agent called me immediately. During the call, they mentioned a "pack" that included the deposit and the fees, but they did not provide details about the amount until I insisted. Finally, they informed me that the commission was €700. I had to cancel the visit to the apartment, even though I was interested, as this agency is acting outside the law and seems to be taking advantage of the strained real estate market in Barcelona. I recommend being cautious when dealing with this agency and being aware of your rights.

Negative experience: They are absolutely untrustworthy. Buying and selling is a very important matter, and this agency is undoubtedly the worst I have ever seen in my life. They try to play tricks all the time because they are only interested in the commission. They are completely untrustworthy and seem like an organized gang that only wants to scam you. I have had the most uncomfortable experience of my life with them. They do completely illegal things and don't know how to manage the relationship between seller and buyer. If you don't want to live a nightmare, don't trust them because you will encounter it. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Negative experience: Logan misled us. We went to see a flat where the owner already told us that until he found a house, he wouldn't sell it, and weeks later Logan gathered us and said he had found a house and was already handling the paperwork, then made us sign the counter-offer. Once signed, he asked us for fees that he had never mentioned before. We saw something odd and broke the contract, contacted the owner and he told us he didn't know what we were talking about, that he hadn't found a house and didn't even know there was someone interested. This is not a game.

Negative experience: Hello, I give one star because you can't leave it blank or negative. Not a pleasant experience at all. The problem comes from the fact that they do not verify the clients who access the properties and after making you hopeful for a possible sale, the client cannot pay. I will outline several points of why this is not a serious agency: 1- The great disappointment came after the deposits were signed and the client backed out. (I won’t go into this point because as I said, if clients were verified, this type of person would not sign deposits.) As mentioned, once the deposits are signed and the sale of the property is not processed, they do not have money to return the commission they have already collected, leaving you with all the responsibility in front of the client, and having to advance the money that they will pay you month by month. This was the agreement we reached to have something to hold on to. Do you think this is serious?? With all the disappointment this caused us, consulting lawyers, and the apartment unsold. This whole matter took us 6 months with the apartment in deposits, without formalizing the sale, and then more than 7 months to collect what they owed us. And in the last month, as a mockery, instead of paying us the full amount, they only deposited half. 2nd point: there were 3 times they left us hanging without the visit showing up or notifying us. 3rd point- The deposits were very poorly drafted, according to the lawyers. For all these reasons, I do not recommend this agency at all. Fortunately, we switched agencies to Hogarea, in case you want to know about a good real estate agency in the neighborhood.

Negative experience: 8 months to recover my money as the sellers. The worst real estate experience of my life. The best advice I can give is simply not to enter. Well, generally if when entering a real estate agency the workers look like crypto bros with functional diversity, the best thing you can do is run away. I have to say that Robert always treated us super well despite everything. Our experience has been disastrous. Selling the apartment, we were 'recommended' to condition the deposit. I didn't think it was a bad idea; if it ended up selling, nothing would have happened. The problem arose when it came to refunding the money. L'H Home kept an important part of the deposit that the buyers were claiming, and they did not agree to return the money when the buying couple requested it. It all ended in a legal claim where we, as buyers, had to advance the money financed by the agency, the other option was to lose a lawsuit and win another with the consequent economic detriment while the apartment was still unsold. It took the L'H Home friends 8 months to return the money, they didn't even comply with the initial agreement we signed. All due to a lack of coherence in the contracts that these 'professionals' make you sign and their legal department. Honestly, with the agencies that there are in the neighborhood, if this review helps anyone, just save yourself the trip there.
