Positive experience: Vam anar a veure un pis que llogava aquesta immobiliària. La visita va anar bé i el tracte de la comercial afable. Ara bé, ens van dir que van enviar la nostra documentació a la propietat juntament amb la d'una altra persona i que ens dirien alguna cosa aviat. Dies esperant i preguntant sense resposta i deixant el vist. Vam haver de trucar i ens van dir que no, que el pis ja estava llogat. Al final inverteixes un temps en anar a veure el pis, en enviar documentació, en preguntar... I que no t'informin, ni que sigui amb un no... Espero que solucionin aquest aspecte.

Negative experience: Mise a jour 12 mars 2021: Un élément fondamental dans ce que vous dites : vous m'avez clairement trompé oralement : la condition sur le contrat de reserva écrite n était pas celle convenu oralement!! 2nd element : vous avez clairement refusé de changer la condition sur le contrat de reserva ( cf. le mail retourné par votre part à mon avocat) alors que nous voulions quand même conclure la vente. Il s agissait de sécuriser la transaction pour nous. Ma femme était enceinte de 8 mois nous étions pressés et vous avez contribué à nous faire signer le contrat de reserva le plus vite possible!!!! La modifieraurait permis de s aligner sur l accord oral que vous nous aviez promis par téléphone pour que nous venions le signer. En gros VOUS m avez bien eu!!! Vous n'avez absolument pas fait preuve d empathier A partir de la, entre ma femme enceinte et ma mauvaise compréhension de l espagnol, j' ai naïvement signé. Au final : je ne recommande pas en raison de la pression mise sur les acheteurs de leur part, la différence entre les conditions convenues a l'oral vs les conditions écrites et le contenu léger du contrat type. Franchement, ce manque d'honnêteté m a clairement porté préjudice. Et je ne pense pas que ce genre de pratique soit isolé. Pour précision, il est possible d'avoir des acheteurs satisfaits (sur plusieurs années et chiffre à prouver....) et d'en avoir encore plus d'insatisfaits.... Mais bon vous faites votre publicité et cela est bien normal... Mais malgré tout j'ose croire que vous améliorerez ces aspects. Ancien commentaire : Je ne la recommandé absolument pas. Sans remettre en cause la bonne fois des derniers commentaires, positifs, c est le timing qui interroge... Je ne recommande absolument pas cette agence pour les acheteurs pour la simple et bonne raison que l' agence met une pression pour encaisser le dépôt de garantie... Ils veulent très vite encaisser et mettent la pression : ils n adoptent pas une position de conseil vis a vis des acheteurs , a croire que c est eux qui vendent. Je repete, je ne recommande absolument pas. Mis a jour du 18/09/2020: en réponse e la réponse du propriétaire : mon cas remonte a décembre 2017, nous avons convenu de conditions sur le contrat de reserva . Le jour de la signature, surprise le contrat ne présentait pas les conditions souhaitées!!! ( Montant minimal de tasación)- pas de nota simple..... Le contrat était le copier colle d un contrat précédent ,et bourré d approximations....

Negative experience: Vuelvo a responderle a su segunda respuesta, no hablo en nombre de otra persona, Kamel es mi pareja, los dos, yo embarazada de 8 meses fuimos a realizar la reserva donde no se puso lo que se nos dijo cuando hablamos por teléfono, mi pareja que no habla español y vosotros con una gran capacidad de manipulación. Que no aceptáramos continuar nada tiene que ver con la hipoteca ya que decidimos no seguir cuando se nos daba larga para darnos la nota simple que nos dijo el abogado debíamos solicitar o mejor dicho se nos debía haber dado el día en que fuimos a realizar la reserva, después de varias excusas por vuestra parte fuimos nosotros mismos a buscarla y cuando vimos que nada tenía que ver con el papel de tasación hecho por vosotros nos dimos cuenta del gran engaño y de que estábamos a punto de perder mucho más. Nuestro abogado se puso en contacto con vosotros y os negasteis a arreglar la situación, yo ya estaba con un bebé recién nacido por lo que no nos quedaban ganas de meternos en un juicio. TENER MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTA INMOBILIARIA. En respuesta a vuestro comentario no se trata de ningún error ya he puesto las fotos de nuestras conversaciones y del super contrato que nos hicieron, quien toque mi nombre podrá verlas ya que no aparecen en su perfil, obviamente tengo las notas simples la vuestra que pone que es un piso de 45metros cuadrados cuando en el anuncio pone 50 y la original que pone 38 vamos todo muy lógico, como ya he dicho de verdad espero que mi comentario libre a muchos de gastarse el dinero que tanto cuesta ganar en personas que engañan a toda costa para obtener beneficios y encima luego dicen no les consta, supongo las fotos refrescaran su memoria, la de ambós!! Saludos! Desde mi experiencia muy poco profesionales, quisimos comprar un piso, anuncio engañoso ya que al ver la nota simple original del piso no tenía nada que ver con lo que nos enseñaron con anterioridad tanto los datos en el anuncio como su propia tasación, además de que cuando la pedimos nos dijeron que no la tenían, osea que venden un piso sin tener todos los documentos, para la reserva pudieron el máximo que podían, menos mal que del banco no pudimos sacar tanto dinero, al final perdimos 1600€, habíamos llegado a un acuerdo por teléfono para la reserva y luego cuando fuimos hacerla pusieron lo que quisieron en el papel a firmar que no se puede llamar ni contrato. En fin muchísima falta de experiencia por nuestra parte que nos dejamos manipular. Antes de reservar un piso aseguraros que os enseñen los papeles originales no las tasasiones que hacen ellos por su cuenta, es una inmobiliaria de barrio y por lo que leo los comentarios positivos parecen más de amigos/conocidos que de verdaderos clientes sin contar que uno de los comentarios es del propio dueño. Espero que mi reseña ayude a futuros clientes a no cometer nuestros mismos errores.

Negative experience: Comparto lo dicho por el Sr. Adrián son unos impresentables, con lo fácil que es quedar bien con los clientes y solo con decir "tengo un posible comprador " , Ya sabes tu que si no se lo queda eres tú el siguiente y estamos hablando de horas de intervalo. Me reitero impresentables.

Negative experience: Son una empresa IMPRESENTABLE. No tienen vergüenza. No os fiéis de ellos aunque les hayáis dicho y apalabrado con ellos por la noche que les dais una paga y señal a primera hora, que no te dicen nada para quedar a una hora, hacen una visita al día siguiente y cogen otra paga y señal sin decirte nada, y cuando ya lo tienen vendido, entonces te avisan que ya lo ha comprado otro. IMPRESENTABLES.

Tengo contacto con ellos desde practicamente sus inicios como negocio y siempre han sido muy profesionales y atentos.
