Negative experience: ****AWFUL*** Zero professional agency. I tried to rent a place with them. Twice they made an appointment for me to visit it. The first time they canceled one hour before. And the second time they didn’t show up and later called to apologize for not showing up and for not having called earlier. I was attended by Bianca and Juan Carlos.

Negative experience: Not recommended to anyone, from my point of view. At the slightest problem, they want to wash their hands without solving the issue, making things difficult. And I am still waiting for an apology for everything that happened and how they managed it. I reserved an apartment making an offer (price reduction), met with the guy Juan Carlos, made the official reservation in writing, then he gave us some of the documents, to which he replied that he would send the others in the afternoon or the next day. His word, and in no time I had the papers, surprise for me...!!!!!? The documents didn’t match what was in the advertisement, nor the energy quality, nor the certificate... who knows what else might have been found! We met with the guy, he told us that the owner didn’t accept but made a counter-offer, to which I thought, well!! If he doesn’t accept, they refund me the 1000 euros and that’s it, I told him I didn’t want the apartment and quickly Juan Carlos got up to call the owner! He told us he would talk to the woman because he really has 15 days to accept the proposal. After more than 40 minutes of talking, telling him to return the 1000, that he hadn’t done things correctly, he kept saying that they were on vacation and didn’t have the documents, to which I replied, well, post an ad when you have the documents and know the things well. Instead of rethinking, apologizing, making things right, no!!!! Another surprise? Everything wrong again. When we met to talk, we met in a bar, each of us had something to drink, as we couldn’t agree, I told him that my lawyer (whom according to him was given the title) would be in touch after the 15 days. He gets up, leaves without paying for his drink. It’s not about the 2 euros for me, but apparently it is for him, either that or pride. Overall, on the 29th I received an email saying they would refund me (without asking for my account number), I let a few days go by and I receive no response nor the money. On October 6th, I finally received it, all while chasing after the man... I attached some images so you can see that I’m not lying. I feel sorry for you, for the workers who are not to blame, but your 'director' should put his pride aside and start doing things right. Working with the public is difficult, and you still have a lot to learn on how to do that! Ah!!!!! And to top it all off, he ends up blocking me on WhatsApp. We have been looking for an apartment for two years, we reserve the first one and this happens!!!! Is it really that hard to do things right and face the issues? P.S.: even if you have two young guys wanting to buy an apartment, don’t treat them like fools or like kids you can scam, really... Juan Carlos, start doing things right or you will end up without a job if you keep treating people like this! There is much more to explain, but the truth is I've been dealing with this for almost a month and I’m already a bit tired, and I have wasted a lot of time with this man, for lack of a better term, who has little humanity.

Negative experience: The guy doesn't respect anyone, he thinks he's the smart one, he only cares about getting paid, everything else is indifferent to him.

Negative experience: Terrible management. I was interested in buying an apartment, I made an offer and, to formalize it and talk to the owner, I had to pay 1000 euros. After more than a week without them saying anything, I asked them what had happened, if they had accepted the offer, and Juan Carlos responded by asking for my account number to refund my money, but without giving further explanation. It is obvious that my offer was not conveyed to the owner because, if it had been, there would have been some reason for rejecting it, and the correct thing (in my view) would have been to make a counteroffer which, obviously, I would have evaluated to see if it was convenient for me or not, probably not, because I was not willing to pay more, but at least it should have been attempted. I must say that David's behavior, who showed the apartment, has been very correct, but one cannot trust the management of the one who directs it. EDIT AND ADD FOR HAVING A RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY: If it was really like that, they should have responded accordingly to my request regarding whether they had conveyed the offer to the owner. Their only response to my request was for me to provide my account number to refund my money. It's a pity because while they initially gave me confidence and I intended to work with this company, given what has happened, I have decided not to. This is simply my opinion based on some evidently objective and verifiable facts.

Negative experience: Falta de respeto, mala gestión, doble discurso, mucha desconfianza, nos culpaban por errores de ellos.... No lo recomiendo, ni lo mencionaria como inmobiliaria existente dentro de Barcelona. Abstenerse.

Negative experience: Impresentables, el señor de la inmobiliaria con el que había quedado no acude a la visita , en una urbanización alejada. Cuando pasan 20 minutos de la hora llamo, y las escusas de lo más variopintas, que si la llave, que si el coche se me ha roto, que si hay una amenaza zombies y que si estoy embarazado... En fin , que no cuesta nada llamar para avisar.

Negative experience: Una experiencia peor que vergonzosa, teníamos una visita concertada para ver una casa, tras conducir 45min por una nacional y una carretera de curvas con dos bebés de 8 meses y esperar 5min en la puerta, llamo para ver dónde está el/la comercial, me dicen desde la oficina que está en la casa esperando, le explico q no hay nadie sin lugar a dudas pq la casa está en una calle sin salida en lo alto de un camino de montaña, el chico queda en localizar a la persona q nos está esperando, 1minuto más tarde me llama la comercial diciendo q han tenido un problema con las llaves pq les han cambiado el candado sin avisar, le explico mi situación y le digo q creo q lo más lógico es avisar y no poner excusas, a lo q me contesta nuevamente q se les ha estropeado el coche, otra excusa. Falta absoluta de profesionalidad, responsabilidad y respeto
