Fantastic experience: Although we entered with reservations about selling through a real estate agency due to hearing and reading bad experiences from other franchises, we had to do it because of the complexity of the sale. Several owners, one residing outside of Spain, another outside of Jerez, and little time to show the house. The situation became even more complicated with the passing of one of them after having received the deposit and with the buyer's credit approved. I don't know what would have happened without the work and professionalism of the staff working in this Tecnocasa franchise, but in the end, they managed to bring everything to a successful conclusion. They even offered to arrange and expedite the inheritance process to make this happen. A 10 for everyone, especially to Alba for her hard work.

Fantastic experience: We have sold a property through Tecnocasa in Jerez. Negative experience: They charge a commission that is not justified. I have been waiting for two weeks for a report from a homeowners' association for an apartment I am interested in, and they have no information, but they are not looking for it either. I call to see if they can give me the phone number of the president or if they can provide him my number to talk to him, and they tell me that the property is under negotiation. The lack of professionalism from the staff is incredible.
