Negative experience: Be careful, Danger. I don't know how to convey to you that you should be very careful with these people, being very diplomatic to define them as such since they have no hint of humanity. Do not sign anything without reading the fine print. Due to personal circumstances (the illness of a relative), you lose the security deposit (2000€), which is completely legal, as you are unable to fulfill the agreement. Up to that point, it is normal. But what cannot be tolerated is the harassment received from the 'rascal' manager who uses dirty tricks to keep your money. He has no scruples when it comes to pestering you for his fees (5000€), which are based on making two calls in an absurdly short time. I condemn them to ostracism and please do yourselves a favor and do not negotiate with mercenaries without feelings (believe me, they have none - 'May Karma honor its name') and steer clear of this 'cult-company'. Unless you enjoy being masochists or have excess money, in which case, good luck and may the pirate manager and his contaminated team crush you.

Negative experience: I have to give one star to be able to express my opinion about the TERRIBLE TREATMENT received from the entire team at that office. We had to have infinite patience with them in all aspects. Apparently, if your mortgage doesn't go through with Kiron, you stop being of interest to them. Not recommendable at all, zero professionalism. The claim that they find your mortgage is a lie; according to them my mortgage was unfeasible, and I managed to get it on my own in much less time than with them. Honestly, they leave a lot to be desired, and with so many real estate agencies in Jerez, I would advise any client to look into commissions and differences with any other agency, and they will see that I am right. Without further ado, a cordial greeting to the Tecnocasa team who know perfectly well that their behavior towards us was deficient.
